Huawei certification depends on what you do. Huawei's transmission and network engineer certification, such as H3CNE H3CSE, is still relatively recognized in China. What you said about Huawei's network optimization certification is not a compliment. To put it bluntly, it is rubbish.
One of my colleagues, who has been certified by Huawei for 3 years, is having a hard time finding a job now. Nobody uses it anywhere. It's useless. Whether the certification is useful depends mainly on the number of projects and whether the network optimization company recognizes it. The bidding price of Huawei's network optimization project is very low, so many network optimization companies are reluctant to do Huawei's network optimization projects, and Huawei's treatment of network optimization engineers is not as good as that of ordinary companies. Just looking at the recruitment shows that Huawei equipment is ok, but those who have obtained Huawei's network optimization certification are simply worthless.
