Agricultural technology extension associations all over the country regularly carry out training on new soilless culture technologies every year, and the training courses also have corresponding training targets and training contents.

First, training objectives,

The training is not limited to the relevant competent leaders of agricultural departments of governments at all levels, leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, agricultural real estate, innovative enterprises in agricultural science and technology, agricultural researchers, experts and scholars, heads of farmers' cooperatives, family farmers, heads of parks, farmers, vegetable farmers, new professional farmers, technicians and people interested in soilless culture.

3. Traditional soil planting technology, including the basic knowledge of traditional soil planting technology and the process of traditional planting.

4. New technology of soil cultivation, mainly wide ridge and deep root no-tillage planting method.
