This summer vacation, I attended the 20-day welder training in Jiangsu Institute of Industry and Trade Technicians from August1-August 20, and I was deeply impressed by this training, which is summarized as follows. The profession of welder was strange to me before this. Although I was born as a fitter and majored in automobile maintenance in college, I still feel like a mountain when I come into contact with welders. Therefore, this training made me learn a lot of knowledge, and I was lucky enough to visit Xugong Group and American Caterpillar Company, which broadened my horizons.

Through this training, I learned the operation of argon arc welding, gas shielded welding and some robot welding, and studied the defects of welders for a period of time. Using argon arc welding and gas shielded welding to practice vertical welding, horizontal welding, overhead welding, pipe welding and iron bar welding respectively, although the welding technology and technology are still immature, it can help me better explain several welding methods in future teaching work. In addition, during the training, I had the honor to visit Xugong Group and Xuzhou Carter Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the United States. During the visit, I came into contact with the advanced robot automatic welding in the world and the first-class welding engineers in China. These experiences have greatly improved my horizons, accumulated experience for my future teaching work, and improved my future work interest.

On July 24th, I was lucky enough to attend the training of information technology teachers in continuing education schools. These three days, both theoretical study and practical operation, have benefited me a lot and given me a new understanding and interest in information technology. This training is taught by teachers Guo Feng and Guo Binjun from Audio-visual Education Center. Teacher Guo Feng mainly talked about the composition of computer, the concepts of hardware and software, the method of making courseware by PPT and the special effects of some software. Camtasia software is the most practical one, and it is also a difficult problem that I often encounter when making courseware before. Through this study, I solved the difficulties I encountered before and felt great gains.

Teacher Guo teaches digital textbooks and Honghe I studies. I have been exposed to digital textbooks before studying, and I feel that it is an electronic textbook. Through this study, I realized that it has such a great role. Digital teaching materials integrate PPT courseware, audio, video, animation and other multimedia materials. The whiteboard software of Honghe No.1 School is also very powerful, which is more convenient and faster than PPT, easier to make courseware and richer in available media resources. On the one hand, it can greatly stimulate students' enthusiasm for active learning, make students think actively and participate in teaching activities with interest, on the other hand, it can make teachers focus on teaching and students focus on learning, thus improving teaching quality, optimizing teaching process and improving teaching quality and teaching effect.

Although the training is short, it is full of gains. Applying what you have learned is fundamental.
