First, the nature of the college, school characteristics

Our college is a multi-disciplinary full-time comprehensive undergraduate college focusing on engineering, economics and management, with coordinated development of arts, science and education. College is one of the first universities in China to implement the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan", a Sino-German cooperation model university for training applied talents, and a model application-oriented undergraduate university in Anhui Province. Taking "localization, application and internationalization" as the orientation of running a school, after 30 years of running a school, it has gradually formed a distinctive international school-running feature.

Second, the enrollment plan and enrollment scope

On 20 1 1 year, our college arranged 4,000 undergraduate and higher vocational (specialist) enrollment plans for all provinces and cities in China 17, 3,800 undergraduate enrollment plans and 200 higher vocational (specialist) enrollment plans.

Third, the charging standard

According to the document No.259 (2000) of Anhui Provincial Price Bureau, the tuition and accommodation fees of all kinds of students in our college this year are as follows:

1. Except for special majors, the tuition fees for other majors are: 3,500 yuan/student/school year for liberal arts majors and 3,900 yuan/student/school year for science majors. According to different dormitory conditions, the accommodation fee is 600- 1000 yuan/student/school year;

2. The charging standards for special majors are as follows (undergraduate): electronic information engineering, communication engineering, civil engineering, computer science and technology, industrial design (engineering), architecture and other majors are 4290 yuan/student/academic year; English, Japanese, German, journalism and other majors are 3850 yuan/student/academic year; The charging standards for fine arts majors are as follows: industrial design, art design, art design (environmental art, decoration direction), animation 7000 yuan/student/school year.

3. Domestic charging standard for Sino-foreign cooperative training majors: undergraduate course 10000 yuan/student/academic year; College 9000 yuan/student/academic year. With the approval of the provincial price department, the Chinese-foreign cooperative training of logistics management, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation (3+ 1) and industrial design (3+ 1) majors will be charged an additional project management fee of 5,000 yuan/student/academic year. If the above fees are adjusted, the documents of Anhui price department shall prevail.

Fourth, Sino-foreign cooperation in training majors (please pay attention to the codes in the book "Registration Guide" of each province)

Approved by the Ministry of Education and the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, the following majors are Chinese-foreign cooperative training majors:

1. Logistics management is approved by the Ministry of Education to cooperate with German universities to train school-running majors. About 50% of the professional courses in this major are taught by German experts for four years. Before entering the junior year, you must pass TestDaF, and in the sixth semester, you will study in a German cooperative school. Students complete their studies as required; If the results are qualified, the institutions of both sides will issue graduation certificates respectively; Those who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees by both parties shall be awarded bachelor's degree certificates by their respective institutions. Excellent graduates of this major can go to German universities to study for a master's degree after being recommended by our college and audited by German universities.

2. Major in Chinese and Korean as a Foreign Language (2+2), two years in China and two years in Korea. If the academic performance is qualified, both parties will issue academic certificates, which meet the requirements for awarding bachelor's degrees in both schools, and at the same time award bachelor's degrees.

3. Civil engineering, computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, German (economic and trade direction) (2+3), two years in China and three years in Germany, with qualified academic performance, both parties issue academic certificates, and if they meet the requirements for awarding bachelor's degrees in the two universities, they will also be awarded bachelor's degrees.

4. The major of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, industrial design (3+ 1), three years in China and one year in Germany, the students have completed their studies according to the regulations with qualified grades. Graduation certificates are awarded by Hefei College and Hanover Universities of Applied Sciences or related universities that meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees by both parties, and bachelor's degrees are awarded by Hefei College and Hanover Universities of Applied Sciences or related universities respectively.

The domestic tuition fees for the above undergraduate majors are all 10000 yuan/student/academic year.

5. The major of Network System Management and Tourism Management (1.5+ 1.5) completed his studies in China 1.5 years ago, and he can complete his studies in Korea 1.5 years later, upon his application and passing the examination. Students who have completed their studies in accordance with the regulations and passed the examination will be awarded university diplomas by both institutions. Those with excellent grades can apply to continue their undergraduate studies in Korea (only junior college diplomas are issued in China). If you do not meet the requirements for studying abroad, you can continue to complete your studies in China. The tuition fee is still 9000 yuan/student/academic year, and only the diploma of our college will be issued upon graduation.

The domestic tuition fee for the above two majors 1.5 years is 9000 yuan/student/academic year.

6. Candidates applying for the Sino-German Cooperation (2+3) major must have a primary and secondary school 12-year academic system (referring to primary school to high school 12-year education, excluding repetition and tuition fees).

7. The tuition fees of the above-mentioned students majoring in Chinese-foreign cooperative training during their study in foreign cooperative training institutions shall be collected by the foreign cooperative training institutions (the standard shall be subject to the agreement between our college and the cooperative training institutions).

8. Before going abroad, the above-mentioned students majoring in Sino-foreign cooperative training must pass the language and basic courses organized by foreign cooperative training institutions in our college.

9. For the above-mentioned students majoring in Sino-foreign cooperative training, the student status management shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Student Status in International Education and Exchange of Hefei University (Trial) (Hefufa [2009] No.66), and the student status during studying abroad shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Student Status in Cooperative Colleges.

Six, incentives, loans and assistance measures for students with financial difficulties

1, scholarship The college provides scholarships for outstanding students, accounting for 20% of the total number of students, with the highest 800 yuan/student/academic year. In addition, there are individual scholarships, the excellent scholarship of Korea-China Education and Cultural Exchange Association (Korea) is 2000 yuan/student/year, the Luodun Group scholarship founded mainly by graduates of our college is 2000 yuan/student/year, and the Siemens scholarship is 10000 yuan/student/year. The national scholarship is 8000 yuan/student/year, the national inspirational scholarship is 5000 yuan/student/year, and the national scholarship is 3000 yuan/student/year.

2. Student loans. According to the relevant regulations of the state, the college will help students with financial difficulties to apply for student-origin loan, with a maximum loan amount of 6,000 yuan/student/academic year, which is interest-free during the school period and will be paid off within six years after graduation.

3. Work-study program fund. The college actively organizes students with difficulties to participate in work-study programs, and sets up 500 fixed jobs and some non-fixed jobs for students with difficulties to get corresponding remuneration through appropriate labor.

4. Financial aid for poor students. The college regularly subsidizes poor students and grants scholarships every semester.

7. Can I apply for major adjustment after entering school?

Candidates who apply for the college entrance examination in our college for the first time in provinces (cities, autonomous regions) (except after collecting volunteers), their college entrance examination scores are 30 points (including 30 points) higher than those in our college in this province (cities, autonomous regions), which meets the enrollment requirements of our college. Candidates who do not reach the first choice of major can announce the adjustment limit to students according to the teaching resources of each major (generally not exceeding the enrollment plan)

Eight, the new incentive policy
