Harbin North Aviation Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Heilongjiang Vocational and Technical College, which was founded in 1985. There are three secondary vocational schools, namely Harbin Aviation Service Secondary School, Harbin No.26 Vocational High School and Harbin North Technical School.
