China Renmin University Training College was established in September 2003. Its predecessor was China Renmin University Education and Training Center, which was established in 1988.
China Renmin University Training College is the undertaker of non-academic education and training. The training college makes full use of the overall educational resources and discipline advantages of the school, gives full play to the social service function, explores the mode of transforming the achievements of humanities and social sciences into social productive forces, constantly improves the knowledge system of non-academic education, and improves the teaching management level day by day.

Renmin University of China is one of the first nine schools in China to offer MBA education and grant China an MBA degree, and it is also the first institution in China to offer Chinese EMBA education programs. On the basis of years of business administration education and training, the Training College of China Renmin University has continuously studied the changes in the development needs of enterprises, deepened the contents of the curriculum system and continuously improved the quality of teaching services.
