First of all, understand the following four aspects:
What is the house like?
2. What materials do you need to build a house?
3. How was the house built?
How much does it cost to build a house?
Need to learn several basic building courses:
1, "Architectural Drawing" and "Architectural Architecture", these two courses are to solve the problem of "What does a house look like". You can read the drawings and understand the structure of the house. You must study these two courses first, establish the concept of space, and imagine the spatial composition of a house, so as to accurately evaluate all parts of the house. Among them, "Architectural Drawing" is difficult, and it will be easy if you learn solid geometry well in high school.
"Building materials" refers to "what materials are needed to build a house". Only by understanding building materials can we compare with the quota. This course is relatively easy.
3. "Construction technology" is about "how the house was made". The preparation of budget is closely related to the construction procedure. The same house technology, the cost is different, just like you can use VB, VC or ASP to program, but the difficulty of achieving the same goal and occupying system resources are different. Only by mastering the "construction technology" can we accurately price every link of building a house.
4. Budget quota is about "how much does it cost to build a house in all aspects" and the problem. Each province has its own quota, which is based on the prices of local labor, materials and machinery. Cities will also have cost-related documents to explain and supplement the provincial quota. After learning the first few courses, I memorized the local quota and went to the construction site for internship to refer to the actual situation of the construction site. It takes nearly a year to study the first few basic courses, with a budget quota of three months and a budget practice of half a year. Of course, these contents can be studied simultaneously. It's best to have an acquaintance to take a trip and learn quickly. Without this professional foundation, it will take nearly two years at the earliest to learn.
