How to lay a wooden floor course:

1. The place where the composite floor is laid should be cleaned. It is very important to clean up the garbage on the ground, including every corner of the ground, because if the ground is not cleaned, it will feel "rustling" under the floor in the future. Then level the ground. The horizontal error should not exceed 2mm. If it exceeds 2mm, you must find a way to level it.

2. After the floor is cleaned, it is to lay a moisture-proof layer to prevent the floor from getting wet in the future. The moistureproof layer should be smooth and the joints should be tight. The next work is to officially start installing the floor, because the floor is to be installed randomly. First of all, we should pave the floor in advance, divide part of the floor in two, and saw it according to the size. The more saws, the greater the floor loss.

3. The location of sawing the floor must be selected in places with tiles such as balconies to take care of hygiene, otherwise flying wood ash will enter any place and it will be difficult to clean up. The glue used to bond the floor should be used to strengthen the floor, with less pollution. Don't choose the non-floor glue on the market casually, which will increase the pollution source of the floor itself.

The next step is to lay the floor. When laying, lay the long block beside the short block, so that the cross-laid floor can bite and is not easy to loosen, and the assembled floor should be knocked tightly with tools. Then there is the connection, which is usually covered by floor layering. But you can also fill it with glass glue, depending on what you like.

5, after the completion of the above work, check it again, if there are any defects, then trim it. Then enter the next process. Is the installation of the baseboard, to achieve tight joints, flush. Make sure it can hold down cracks in the floor and walls. After the floor is paved, the next step is to install the battens. Generally, when the floor is higher than the ground, high and low battens should be used. When the floor is as normal as the ground, flat battens should be used.
