Thinking 1: how to make the existing teachers in the school reasonably configured;

Analysis of the present situation: At present, Dayang Primary School is in a small and scattered situation, which is not conducive to the unified management of teachers, and the allocation of teachers is unbalanced (for example, there are two teachers in a class of 9 people, while there are two teachers in a class of 40 people), which to some extent causes negative emotions among teachers in large classes, affects the enthusiasm of teachers for their own growth, and increases the difficulty of principal management. Relatively speaking, there are many students and heavy tasks in the central school, so no teacher wants to teach in the central school when adjusting teachers.
Preliminary idea: "Teachers only focus on teaching and have a solid foundation." How to integrate schools and make full use of teachers' resources? In my humble opinion, in order to change the status quo, it is necessary to run a school in a central school under the active coordination of the higher authorities, and the classes and teachers in the same central school form a mobile mechanism (the smaller classes in the same central school can be merged into one class, and the teachers in the central school can use it together to make rational use of limited resources).
