registration requirement
Any citizen of China who abides by national laws and regulations, abides by professional ethics and meets one of the registration conditions for the qualification examination of registered fire engineers may apply for taking the qualification examination of registered fire engineers of the corresponding level.
Registration conditions for the first-class registered fire engineer qualification examination:
1, obtained a junior college degree in fire engineering, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a college degree in fire engineering related major (see Annex 1, the same below), and have worked for 7 years, including 5 years in fire safety technology.
2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in fire engineering related major, and have worked for 5 years, including 4 years in fire safety technology.
3. Graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology; Or graduated from a double bachelor's degree or postgraduate program in fire engineering, and worked for 4 years, including 3 years in fire safety technology.
4. Obtain a master's degree or degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 2 years, including fire safety technology 1 year; Or obtain a master's degree or postgraduate degree in fire engineering, and have worked for 3 years, including 2 years in fire safety technology.
5. Obtain a doctorate or degree in fire engineering, and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 1 year; Or obtain a doctorate or degree in fire engineering and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 2 years.
6. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in other majors will have their working years and working years in fire safety technology increased by 1 year.
: What is the professional level and performance of fire protection?
1, participated in the research of fire science and technology, and won the provincial (ministerial) level and above fire-related scientific and technological progress award;
2. Write papers on fire protection technology, and publish more than 2 papers in domestic journals with uniform serial number (CN) or foreign journals with international uniform book number (ISSN), authors rank1;
3. Chief editor or chief editor 1 above the national fire protection technical standards;
4. As the project leader or technical leader, complete the maintenance and inspection of fire-fighting facilities in more than 20,000 square meters 10 buildings;
5. Worked as a fire safety administrator for 5 years in a social unit with a control center with automatic fire alarm system, with good management performance, and obtained the professional qualification certificate of a fire administrator issued by the human resources and social security department.
Legal basis:
Article 56 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates:
Fire control institutions of public security organs and their staff shall conduct fire control design review, fire control acceptance and fire control safety inspection in accordance with legal authority and procedures, so as to be fair, strict, civilized and efficient.
Fire control institutions of public security organs and their staff shall not charge fees for fire control design review, fire control acceptance and fire control safety inspection, and shall not seek benefits by using fire control design review, fire control acceptance and fire control safety inspection.
The fire control institutions of public security organs and their staff members shall not use their positions to designate brands and sales units of fire control products or fire control technical service institutions or fire control facilities construction units in disguise for users and construction units.
