The training instructor comprehensively evaluates the students' learning situation, and issues certificates of rural operators to students with outstanding training performance.

Community operators refer to employees who specialize in community operation activities. Community operators are certified by China Electronic Commerce Association, also known as professional skill (level) certification of community operators.
