Junior high school academic proficiency test is the final exam in compulsory education stage, and it is also an important basis for enrollment of ordinary high schools and vocational schools. In order to do a good job in the 20 15 junior high school level examination in our city, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Registration

1. Sign up. Register from April 8, 20 15 to June 5438+05. Students in grades 20 12 and 20 13 are collectively registered by junior high schools. Previous students need to hold household registration certificates until the original junior high school graduates get back their school information and register. Children of migrant workers who have completed compulsory education in our city can sign up for the exam in the junior high school. Rizhao junior high school students studying in other places need to rely on the household registration certificate and the comprehensive quality evaluation manual issued by the school. After approval, you can transfer your student status back to the junior high school where your household registration is located before March 30 before you can apply.

Students in grade 20 12 who have taken geography and biology exams need to take exams and assessments in other subjects; Those who have not taken geography and biology exams need to take exams and assessments in all subjects. 20 13 students' examination subjects are geography and biology. Former students and new junior high school graduates transferred from other places are required to take exams in various subjects.

2. You can't register in the following situations. Students and graduates of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools who have been disqualified for cheating in the high school proficiency test, have not completed nine-year compulsory education and are not in school, have dropped out of school and have not yet gone through the formalities for resumption of schooling, and their household registration is not in this city and does not meet the relevant policies and regulations.

3. Other matters. All districts, counties and schools should update and upload photos of senior two and senior three students before March 3 1, and complete the check and improvement of names, ID numbers and other information. Anything inconsistent with the ID information should be corrected. From April 1 day to the result announcement date, the Municipal Education Bureau will freeze the city's junior high school student registration management platform, and will not handle the transfer and suspension procedures during this period.

Second, the examination and assessment

(1) Subject setting and score.

1. Cultural examination. The full marks of Chinese, mathematics and English (including 20 points in the listening test) are all 120, and physics (60 points), chemistry (50 points), philosophy (60 points), history (50 points), geography (40 points) and biology (40 points) are combined into one. All adopt the closed-book examination method, and implement the unified proposition, unified examination and unified marking in the city.

2. Information technology examination. Full score 100 (20% is included in the total score of entering a higher school), and the computer examination method is adopted.

3. Physical examination. Out of 50 (usually 10, 40 in the exam).

4. Physical and chemical students' experimental operation examination. The physical and chemical experiment operation examination is arranged in the second semester of the third grade, and each candidate takes an experiment in two subjects, with a full score of10; The biological experiment operation examination is arranged in the second semester of grade two, and each candidate takes part in an experiment, with a full score of 10. 6. Comprehensive practical activities, local and school curriculum examinations. Organized and implemented by junior high school, it is divided into two grades: qualified and unqualified.

3. Examination room requirements. All examination rooms use signal shielding devices and metal detectors to prevent candidates from cheating by using communication equipment. Conditional examination area unified use of standardized examination room.

4. Examination certificate. All kinds of exams use the student ID card and admission ticket printed by the unified template of the Municipal Education Bureau and stamped by the competent education department.

Third, marking papers.

The Municipal Education Bureau organizes online marking in a unified way. In order to scan the test paper in time, after the examination every afternoon in the urban area, the test paper (including spare test paper and draft paper, etc.) will be distributed. ) to the designated place of the Municipal Education Bureau, and Juxian County and Wulian County will be sent to the designated place of the Municipal Education Bureau before 10 the next morning. Five, do a good job in the evaluation of students' basic development goals.

All districts, counties and schools should follow the Municipal Education Bureau's "Evaluation Plan on Printing and Distributing the Basic Development Goals of Junior Middle School Students in Rizhao City (Trial)"; Notice (Jin Zhengfa [2008] No.37) requires that the evaluation of students' basic development goals should be done well. The evaluation results are divided into four grades: excellent (a), good (b), qualified (c) and unqualified (d), in which the proportion of excellent grades does not exceed 30% of the graduates. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of the evaluation of students' basic development goals, improve the work organization, improve the publicity system, and ensure that the evaluation process is standardized and the evaluation results are objective and fair.
