On June 23, the detachment held a mobilization meeting for newly recruited traffic police education and training in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Fourth Brigade directly under the detachment, which kicked off a one-week traffic police training class. Bao Hongyu, political commissar of the detachment, Mei Zhichang, director of the political department, training instructors and management police attended the training mobilization meeting that day.

The object of this training course is 65 police officers who were re-recorded in the previous period recruited on 20 14. The purpose of the training is to strengthen the regularization of the traffic police team, standardize the traffic police's work behavior, effectively improve the traffic police's professional quality, job skills and actual combat ability, and ensure that the newly recruited traffic police master the basic skills of assisting in maintaining traffic order. The training contents include queue traffic gesture command skills, traffic management laws and regulations, on-site treatment and first aid of traffic accidents, traffic signal and traffic sign marking cognition, duty etiquette, road duty knowledge, vehicle driving management business knowledge, media response, police discipline and warning education, etc.

At the kick-off meeting, Bao Hongyu, the political commissar of the detachment, first welcomed the young policemen to join the traffic police team, introduced the basic situation and glorious tradition of the traffic police detachment, introduced the characteristics of public security traffic management in the new period, and gave three sentences to the young policemen: "First, find a correct position, set up a position, achieve the' three noes', do not neglect their duties, do not be offside, and do not be violent." Second, study hard and strive to be an expert in the traffic control industry; Third, correct the mentality, be proud of yourself, be frustrated with yourself, be rude to yourself, work happily and live happily. "

At the meeting, Mei Zhichang, director of the political department of the detachment, read out the list of police officers assigned to each brigade and put forward three requirements for the students: First, strictly abide by the study discipline and attend classes on time; Second, it is required to study hard, master business skills, and complete training tasks with high standards; Third, it is required to enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, strictly self-discipline, establish an image and do a good job.
