Students in the top 500 comprehensive rankings of world universities (QS World University Ranking, USNEWS World University Ranking, Times Higher Education World University Ranking, Shanghai Jiaotong University World University ARWU Academic Ranking) can also apply.

2. It is necessary to sign a labor contract with enterprises in the urban area of our city (including Dantu District, Jingkou District, Runzhou District, Zhenjiang New District and Zhenjiang High-tech Zone) for more than 1 year and pay social insurance premiums.

3. Less than 5 years from the date of paying social insurance for the first time in urban employment and entrepreneurship.

4. Applicants for master's and doctoral degrees will be given housing subsidies of10.5 million yuan and 200,000 yuan respectively in three years.

Article 2 An applicant for subsidy shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Full-time master's and doctoral graduates from "double-class" universities and urban universities; Graduates who have studied abroad and obtained a master's degree or above recognized by the national education department may also apply to universities whose institutions rank among the top 500 in the comprehensive ranking of world universities (QS World University Ranking, USNEWS World University Ranking, Times Higher Education World University Ranking, and ARWU academic ranking of world universities of Shanghai Jiaotong University).

(2) Sign labor contracts with enterprises in the urban areas of our city (including Dantu District, Jingkou District, Runzhou District, Zhenjiang New District and Zhenjiang High-tech Zone) for more than 1 year and pay social insurance premiums;
