Summary of doctor training: In recent three years (1), the standardized training of residents in our department has made rapid development, with the increase of various medical operation indexes and the increase of special outpatient and emergency departments, which also means that the clinical workload of residents participating in standardized training has increased greatly. The increase of clinical workload can greatly increase the opportunities of clinical practice, which is consistent with the general idea of resident training from the perspective of clinical ability training.

(1) Construction and management of training base

(1) In the past three years, residents have changed their major, including stomatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, emergency department, medical imaging department, general surgery, cardiovascular medicine, pathology department and other related professional departments. Changing majors broadens the horizons of doctors who have just joined the work and lays a good foundation for future work. At the same time, other departments also send residents to our department in turn, and we also teach them the knowledge of stomatology.

⑵ Arrange department professional knowledge lectures 12 times a year, including two lectures by the deputy chief physician, focusing on the management system of various sensory organs in the department, the diagnosis and treatment of common oral diseases, the cultivation of clinical thinking and the improvement of scientific research ability. Let residents who have just entered the hospital know about the hospital, patients and various diseases, and strengthen standardized management.

⑶ According to the requirements of standardized training for residents in Zhejiang Province, standardized training, strict "three basics" training and assessment were conducted for residents, and all of them passed the annual examination.

(4) Resident attendance registration, discussion of difficult cases, demonstration class of new oral instruments and materials operation, etc. At the same time, anonymous teaching evaluation activities were carried out, and residents were invited to evaluate the implementation of the rotation plan, the transfer of professional knowledge and skills, and the examination of leaving the department.

(B) the existing problems and countermeasures

Establish and implement quality evaluation and improve the evaluation system, including the evaluation and inspection of training quality and organizational management level, and carefully organize the evaluation of this department. The purpose of evaluation and examination is to test the participation of clinicians in training, and at the same time find out the shortcomings in training, so as to continuously improve in future work. At the same time, we also found some problems: ① The rotation of resident doctors can't meet the requirements, and the quality and quantity of teaching teachers can't meet the training requirements. ② It is generally believed that real patients or standardized patients should be used as much as possible in clinical skill assessment, and the assessment scheme, content, process and time should be designed as objectively and reasonably as possible, and humanities, ethics and law should be added.

(3) Work plan

The teaching teachers are also deeply touched by the standardized training of residents, and feel that the teaching work is a responsibility and honor. Put forward the work plan for the next stage: ① strictly follow the rotation plan and do not change it at will; ② Students are highly motivated and curious. Resident training can best reflect the high intensity of training, including clinical operations under the guidance of instructors, such as tooth extraction, minor surgery in oral and maxillofacial clinic, complete denture mold taking, etc. To master these skills successfully, it is an effective way to organize residents to strengthen their study and training. (3) Teachers should be strict in teaching, and residents should be strict in medical ethics and clinical skills besides professional knowledge. ④ Hierarchical teaching: Different teaching forms and contents are adopted according to different rotation requirements of clinicians. Use book knowledge to guide doctors how to walk to the treatment chair; Understand the typical clinical manifestations of typical cases; Establish correct clinical thinking and supervise them to carry out invasive surgery with great difficulty and high risk step by step. ⑤ Diversified teaching: We don't stick to "you talk and I listen", but present the teaching content flexibly. There are traditional teaching methods, such as lectures, clinical case discussions and literature reports. There are also innovative teaching methods, such as month-end review and patient education.

In recent two years, the initiative of residents participating in standardized training is higher than that of the first session, and the business lectures and case discussions carried out by the department have achieved initial results. As a key link of lifelong medical education, standardized training for residents is an inevitable stage for the development of specialists, the only way to form medical clinical experts, and an effective means to improve the level of medical services and ensure medical safety. I hope it will last forever.

The training of general practitioners is an important part of medical students' post-graduation education, which is extremely important for training general practitioners and improving medical quality, and is the key to the formation of medical clinical experts. Under the leadership of Dean Chen, combined with the actual situation of the hospital, our department conducted a series of standardized training for general practitioners in the hospital.

1. First of all, be strict with yourself and actively contribute to the development of the hospital. As a member of the hospital, it is my bounden duty to make informed suggestions. At the same time, I am strict with myself, not complacent, insist on work first, abide by all disciplines, work hard, and set up my own good image. Over the past year, with the help of leaders and the support of comrades, although some achievements have been made in the work, there is still a big gap between the requirements of the organization and other comrades. In the future work, we should continue to work hard to overcome shortcomings and create more excellent work results.

2. Cultivation of noble medical ethics and sense of responsibility: the vague concept of medical ethics affects the progress of doctors and the development of the industry, which not only damages the image of the health industry, but also causes bad social impact. The technical level of doctors is directly proportional to their sense of responsibility. It is impossible for an irresponsible doctor to observe and deal with patients attentively, so the technical level will not be very high, and even medical disputes will arise. Our hospital strengthens the cultivation of professional ethics and sense of responsibility in the training of general practitioners, urges teachers to set an example and subtly infect standardized training doctors. At the same time, teachers need to make targeted analysis and discussion in combination with the specific situations encountered in their work, seize typical cases, conduct in-depth analysis, and cultivate the determination and long-term nature of standardized training of doctors to resist unethical behavior.

3, the basic theory training is given priority to with centralized teaching, general practitioners meeting regularly every month, invite doctors and technicians who come back from the hospital for further study to teach once. Clinical practice training, after the general practitioner goes deep into the department, the director of the department designates the attending physician and the instructor with the title of subtropical high or above, and implements the training mode of combining the instructor with the collective guidance of the superior physician.

4. Strengthen the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability: A harmonious doctor-patient relationship can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. Communication barriers are an important factor leading to the decline of trust of patients and their families in hospitals and medical staff, and also a potential risk factor leading to medical disputes. Therefore, in the training process, we advocate "putting yourself in the other's shoes and sincerely caring for patients". Some seemingly insignificant actions can win patients' high trust, such as shaking hands with patients during rounds and tucking them in at night. The standardized training of doctors should embody the service concept of "people-oriented" in details, which will greatly promote the communication ability between doctors and patients.

5. Participate in clinical research and cultivate scientific research thinking: Our department has also increased the training of clinical research ability and professional foreign language reading programs in the training of general practitioners, requiring trainers to participate in our scientific research work during the training period, so as to cultivate research thinking and rigorous scientific attitude. The purpose is to let them know the development, new knowledge and new skills of this subject and keep pace with the times.

6. Strengthen assessment: establish and implement a quality assessment system, including the assessment and inspection of training quality and organizational management level, and carefully organize extracurricular assessments. The purpose of evaluation and examination is to test the participation of clinicians in training, and at the same time find out the shortcomings in training, so as to continuously improve in future work.

At the same time, some problems have been found: the rotation of general practitioners can not meet the requirements, and the quality and quantity of instructors can not meet the training requirements. In clinical skill assessment, it is generally believed that real patients or standardized patients, simulated patients or virtual patients should be used as much as possible, and the assessment scheme, content, process and time should be designed as objectively as possible, and humanities, ethics and law should be added.

The training of general practitioners is in the process of gradual standardization from scratch. It is our responsibility and mission for teachers to attach great importance to the training of general practitioners. We should make great efforts to cultivate excellent medical talents for the society with great enthusiasm.

Dr. Gui Pei concluded that three years have passed, and I have worked in the Pathology Department of District People's Hospital for more than a year. With the care, support and help of the leaders, department directors and colleagues in the hospital, I completed the first year of standardized training for residents. During the one-year standardized training, I went to gastroenterology, gastrointestinal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and pathology respectively. Over the past year, I have abided by the rules and regulations of the hospital and various rotation departments, paid attention to improving professional ethics, corrected working attitude, strengthened professional study, actively participated in clinical practice, and continuously improved my theoretical level and operational ability. Through standardized training, the theoretical knowledge is connected with clinical practice, so as to understand the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of common diseases in various departments, the basic treatment principles and methods of common clinical diseases and critical diseases, and be familiar with related knowledge such as doctor-patient communication, medical safety, medical record writing and nosocomial infection. The harvest and experience of standardized training for residents in the past year are summarized as follows:

In the training of residents, I deeply realized the qualities and conditions that a qualified doctor should have. As a special profession, medicine faces human beings with thoughts and feelings. Only doctors with a high sense of responsibility and compassion are qualified doctors. Doctors shoulder the mission of maintaining and promoting human health, which is related to people's health interests and lives. People's health and lives are the most precious in the world. Therefore, in clinical work, we should not only gradually achieve perfection in medical technology, but also have kind language, kind attitude, high sense of responsibility and noble medical ethics when facing patients. In my future work, I will always bear in mind the glorious mission of "treating diseases and saving lives" and strive to become a doctor with both ability and political integrity and deeply loved by the people.

After one year's residency training, I changed to gastroenterology, gastrointestinal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and pathology. Through clinical rotation, we can learn relevant clinical theoretical knowledge seriously and systematically, combine theoretical knowledge with practice, and improve clinical work skills. Under the careful instruction of the director and teachers, I am more proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common clinical diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and some rare diseases. As a pathologist, I have less direct contact with patients and my clinical practice ability is relatively poor. After standardized clinical training in gynecology and pediatrics at home and abroad, in addition to strictly implementing various work systems, routine diagnosis and treatment and operating procedures, what is more commendable is that I always treat patients as family members. There are many patients treated by gastrointestinal surgery and gynecological surgery, and we often need to change dressings for surgical patients. In the process of dressing every patient, we should put ourselves in the shoes and try our best to provide the warmest "humanized service" for patients. These "humanized services" include full communication before dressing change, protection of patients' privacy, aseptic technique operation and necessary humanistic care. Respect and care for patients are sometimes more rare than superb medical technology, which can make them feel warm and cordial, cooperate with doctors well, solve many misunderstandings between doctors and patients, and harmonize the relationship between doctors and patients. Familiar with pathological workflow, including the acceptance of pathological specimens and pathological examination application forms, the selection and fixation of pathological specimens, dehydration, embedding, slicing, staining and sealing. In my work practice, I have mastered the matters needing attention and judgment principles of making he pathological sections. Pathological work is complicated and trivial, and every link should be careful and meticulous, and every detail should always be done with a high sense of responsibility for patients.

The standardized training of residents made me deeply feel that the rotation doctor is not only an important position in the department, but also a useful bridge between the department and other departments. We are pathologists. After rotating to various departments, we can answer pathological reports for clinicians or patients and their families, help them solve problems, and let them understand the occurrence, development and prognosis of related diseases from the pathological mechanism. At the same time, through clinical rotation, being familiar with the etiology, symptoms, signs and related laboratory examination indexes will help us improve our knowledge of pathological theory and the accuracy of pathological diagnosis, and provide satisfactory pathological reports for clinicians efficiently.

At present, under the new situation of deepening the reform of medical and health system in China, standardized training for residents, as a key link of lifelong medical education, is an inevitable stage for the development of specialists, the only way to form medical clinical experts, and an effective means to improve the level of medical services and ensure medical safety. I hope it will last forever.

Dr. Gui Pei concluded that this year, our department closely focused on accelerating the development of departments. Under the leadership of superiors, taking the opportunity of consolidating the "Hospital Management Year" activity, we have taken new steps in continuously improving medical quality, ensuring medical safety and improving the quality of general practice, and successfully completed all the work objectives set by hospital leaders.

I. Thinking and learning

Since the beginning of this year, according to the arrangement of the Party Committee, we have earnestly studied the Party's principles and policies and fully implemented the socialist concept of "eight honors and eight disgraces". By participating in the study of the theoretical central group of the Party Committee, I have further improved my party spirit consciousness and policy theory level, and I can persist in studying Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, Jiang Zemin. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. By studying the report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we should establish and adhere to the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, keep the true colors of * * * producing party member forever, actively carry out all the work of our department around the overall situation of reform and development of our hospital, and make greater contributions to the development of our hospital.

Second, the completion of medical business indicators

By the end of 65438+February, 602 cases had been anesthetized in our department, a year-on-year decrease of 62 cases. The decrease in the total workload is mainly due to the loss of two surgeons. Among them, endotracheal general anesthesia 12 1 case, accounting for 20.2%, rescued 27 critically ill patients, and the success rate was 98.78%. General business income is about 450,000 yuan, of which drug income accounts for 32.6%. Compared with last year, the medical income has increased, and the drug income has decreased obviously, and the ratio of the two has gradually become reasonable, achieving the fundamental goal of "patient-centered" and benefiting the majority of patients. The situation of "taking medicine to support doctors" has been obviously improved, which reflects the technical content. It has achieved the goal of balance of payments, slight savings, reducing expenditure, reducing waste and improving efficiency.

Third, the quality management level of the department has been continuously improved.

Anesthesiology is a high-risk and high-yield clinical department, and I regard quality as the core of all my work. In order to truly put medical quality at the core of department management, we will continue to improve and further implement various hospital rules and regulations this year, and further establish and improve the secondary quality control network of departments and individuals. Avoid serious mistakes and accidents. Insist that all medical staff in our department have a high sense of service, don't ask patients for red envelopes, have the concept of treating patients as "parents with food and clothing", and do their best to provide patient-centered services. I regularly seek the opinions of patients and the masses, seriously study and solve the hot and difficult problems raised by the masses in combination with the actual situation of the department, and win the trust of patients. There were no medical accidents during the year, health education reached 100%, and the intact rate of first-aid drugs and articles was 100%.

Four, personnel training and clinical medical education have achieved remarkable results.

The new business of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has been developed and popularized; Assist each department to complete a new technology. In clinical teaching, 1 intern and 2 doctors and nurses in primary health centers were accepted. In order to strengthen the talent team construction and human resources development in our department, 1 person was selected to participate in continuing medical education for 56 times; Organize department 12 medical lectures, invite experts and professors from provincial hospitals to come to the hospital to guide surgery 5 times, and participate in academic activities 2 times a year.

In short, this year we inherited the good development momentum of xx years, successfully completed various tasks of xx years, and laid a solid foundation for sustainable development. We are confident that in the new year, with high-spirited enterprising spirit and pragmatic work style, we will make contributions to the development of regional medical and health undertakings and social progress, relieve the suffering of patients and rebuild their health.

In the past 5 xx years, our department has focused on accelerating the development of the department. Under the leadership of hospital leaders, we have taken a new step in continuously improving medical quality, ensuring medical safety and improving the quality of general practitioners, and successfully completed all the work objectives set by hospital leaders.

In clinical work, we should abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, go to work on time, stick to our posts, actively cooperate with the leaders of the hospital and departments, and strive to complete the tasks assigned by superiors. In my work, I deeply understand the qualities and conditions that a qualified anesthesiologist should have. Strive to improve their professional level, constantly strengthen business theory study, and master various basic anesthesia techniques such as epidural anesthesia, cervical plexus anesthesia, tracheal intubation general anesthesia, and intravenous anesthesia. Try to cooperate with the surgeon and meet their requirements for anesthesia, so as to achieve a stable and safe anesthesia and successfully complete the operation. After each operation, I will conscientiously sum up the lessons of anesthesia failure or successful experience, so as to continuously improve my professional level and better serve patients.

In today's tense doctor-patient relationship, we should conscientiously implement the concept of "taking patients as the center and improving the quality of medical services as the theme", think of all patients, do our best to help patients solve their pain as soon as possible, and let patients know that doctors are still trustworthy people with their own practical actions.

In a word, xx has inherited the good development momentum of xx, successfully completed various tasks in xx, and laid a solid foundation for sustainable development in xx. I am confident that at the arrival of the new year, with a high-spirited and enterprising spirit and pragmatic work style, I will relieve the pain and rebuild health for the majority of patients.

Dr. Gui Pei concluded 6. I graduated from medical college in July 2008, majoring in clinical medicine. /kloc-since June, 2000, I have been practicing in the pediatrics department of Zhuyang Town Hospital. During my internship, I always adhered to the patient-centered principle. Under the guidance of hospital leaders, department directors and many superior doctors, I study hard, study hard, combine book theory with clinical practice, and study hard on the professional knowledge system of internal medicine and pediatrics. During the internship, I gradually became familiar with the complexity and diversity of clinical work, and learned about the diagnosis and treatment process of some internal and pediatric diseases. I summarized my thoughts, work and study in the past year as follows:

First, correct working attitude and serve patients enthusiastically.

During the internship, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, earnestly perform my duties as an intern, be strict with myself, respect teachers, care for patients, never be late, never leave early, work hard, strive to achieve standardized work, provide excellent skills and services, have a flexible foundation, have regular love activities, combine theory with practice, study theory in a planned and focused way, work with measures and records, and always be full of love during the internship. Strive to be diligent in eyes, hands, feet and mouth, think about patients' thoughts and worries, and provide quality services to patients wholeheartedly, thus establishing a good medical ethics.

Second, do a good job seriously and responsibly, make a good personal work plan, and improve the professional and technical level.

After joining the work, I still insist on studying every day and catching a disease every day; At the same time, do not forget to learn the new achievements of this major, constantly absorb new nutrition and exercise scientific research thinking; Adhere to the principle of "Excellence and meticulousness" and strictly track the occurrence of accidents and errors in the work process; Constantly enrich my clinical experience in my work, always be modest and prudent, dare to ask the superior doctor for advice when I encounter problems I don't understand, and strive to improve my comprehensive analysis and problem-solving ability; Closely observe the condition, record the condition in time and correctly, and properly handle the patients; In the practice of internal medicine and pediatrics, we should strictly abide by the departmental system, make rounds on time, be familiar with the patient's condition, correctly answer the questions of the teachers, standardize and skillfully perform various basic operations, standardize the writing of various documents, and do a good job in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in internal medicine and pediatrics. At work, I found that problems can be carefully analyzed and solved in time. At the same time, actively participate in various professional studies and constantly enrich their business knowledge. Through the study, I have a more comprehensive understanding of the overall technology and ward management knowledge.

Third, be strict with yourself.

On the basis of doing a good job, we will actively make suggestions for the development of the department and hope that the workload will reach a new high next year. With the help of hospital leaders and colleagues, all my work has been successfully completed, but I can't relax at all because I will face greater challenges and opportunities in my future work. At the same time, there is still a gap compared with other advanced colleagues. In my future work, I will continue to work hard to overcome my own shortcomings and create more excellent work results.

The above is a summary of my work. Over the past year, I thank the hospital leaders and head nurses again. Thanks to the education, guidance, criticism and help of Dr. Zhou, I thank my colleagues for their concern and support. The past year has been a year of continuous learning and enrichment, and a year of active exploration and gradual growth.

I also know that there is still a gap between my professional knowledge and job requirements. In the future work and study, I will be more strict with myself, strengthen the study of business knowledge, sum up experiences and lessons seriously, overcome shortcomings, and enhance my ability through unremitting efforts with the help of leaders and colleagues at all levels. Better serve patients.
