The Cultural and Art Center covers an area of 54,727 square meters with a total construction area of 47,368 square meters. It consists of two parts: the performing arts building and the training building, with a total investment of over 500 million yuan. Among them, the performing arts building has a construction area of 23,879.87 square meters, and is equipped with a grand theater, a multifunctional small theater, an exhibition hall, an audio-visual demonstration hall, a rehearsal hall, an actor locker room, a western restaurant and an office area. The building area of the training building is19551.53m2, and it is equipped with a cultural and artistic corridor, a movie city, a food court, a public art exhibition hall and a training area, in which there are 38 training classrooms for various arts such as drama, dance, music, instrumental music and children's art, including a rehearsal hall, a piano room and a comprehensive art hall.

The Cultural and Art Center also has an open-air cultural square that can accommodate more than 3,000 people, with a 40-square-meter LED screen on the stage. There are two large fountains and more than 800 sets of lamps in the square. The large parking lot can accommodate nearly 400 cars.
