ICCT is a qualification certificate issued by the International Communication Technology Association. This certificate is issued by the association, not by the state, and does not have the national accreditation qualification.

At present, China has four kinds of communication technology certificates:

National 3G mobile communication professional certification certificate

The third generation mobile communication technology (3G) level training certificate project formulated by the Ministry of Information Industry has been mutually recognized with relevant global certifications. The certification is mainly aimed at 3G personnel in the field of mobile communication, and sponsored by the Vocational Skills Appraisal Bureau of the communication industry of the Ministry of Information Industry.

Suitable for people: technical managers, telecom design and research institutes, maintenance, design and development personnel and engineering and technical personnel of mobile communication operation and manufacturing enterprises.

Certificate level: assistant engineer, engineer and senior engineer.

Examination content: 3G services and software applications (multimedia services and applications, MBMS, BCMCS, etc.). ); 3G network structure and communication flow; 3G indoor coverage (including the construction principle of 3G indoor distribution system; Capacity and power planning of 3G indoor distribution system:); TD-SCDMA network equipment and testing; An example analysis of 3G service platform.

Certification department: jointly issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Ministry of Information Industry.

Mobile communication software engineer certificate

The Ministry of Information Industry, the Ministry of Education and the China Software Industry Association jointly launched one of the training projects for talents in short supply of mobile communication. This certificate is the first professional qualification certificate of "Mobile Communication Software Engineer (IC-MSP)" for 3G and triple play in China. It was officially launched last year, and Yingtai Institute of Mobile Communications was responsible for training and examination.

Suitable for people: employees in the industry, students from higher vocational and technical schools and higher vocational colleges.

Certificate level: junior software engineer, intermediate software engineer and senior software engineer of mobile communication.

Examination content: including embedded software development technology, mobile communication technology theory, mobile value-added service development, etc. , divided into two forms: written test and computer test.

Certification department: jointly issued by Education Management Information Center of Ministry of Education, Vocational Skills Appraisal Bureau of Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center of Communication Industry of Ministry of Information Industry and China Software Industry Association.

National Mobile Commerce Application Capability Certificate (CMCP)

The National Mobile Business Application Ability Examination (CMCP) project was initiated and supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Ministry of Information Industry, and the Commercial Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center of China Business Federation was responsible for implementing the specific examination. The examination has been included in the national information engineer examination system of the Ministry of Information Industry and will be held in June this year.

Suitable for the crowd: anyone who has been engaged in mobile commerce or related work for more than three years can sign up.

Certificate level: Assistant Mobile Businessman (Level 3), Mobile Businessman (Level 2) and Senior Mobile Businessman (Level 1).

Examination content: mobile commerce theory and practice, project management theory and practice. Those who pass the examination can obtain the national mobile service application ability examination certificate and the national information engineer certificate.
