3. Make the sales plan and promotion plan of the teahouse, and be responsible for the sales operation in the store;
4. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to purchase tea and tea art supplies;
5. Follow up customer feedback, solve customers' problems and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction;
6. Responsible for in-store personnel management, including recruitment, post allocation, employee training and assessment, etc.
7. Formulate and implement the financial budget and cost control of the teahouse;
8. Regularly carry out tea culture activities to improve the visibility and brand influence of teahouses.
