This is not my first time to attend the training. The previous training was like a teacher coming to class, just telling us some theoretical knowledge, which was very boring. Secondly, the training methods are different. This training is entirely for these three seniors to re-take up their posts, and personally show us the possible dangers, preventive methods, and how to do emergency measures in case something happens. Anyway, I think the front row members have made it very clear, and I can understand it at a glance. Finally, the duration of training is different. In the past, the training lasted at most three days, and this training lasted for one week. The first four days are the training time, and the last three days are the time for seniors to supervise our work to ensure that we fully understand.

This training has benefited me a lot, not only in terms of safety awareness, but most importantly, my work ability has been greatly improved, and my work efficiency has been improved by at least a quarter. What does this mean? It means that I can go further in this industry and get a higher salary by virtue of my working ability. On the eve of the end of the training, the seniors also rewritten the factory's safety production system, which is of great significance to our future work. In the past, I didn't think it was necessary to consider entering the factory. All these safety requirements were only considered by the factory.

But after entering the post, although the factory has made a lot of preparations, there are also many safety precautions that we need to pay attention to and do well. We can't rely entirely on the specifications of the factory, because many production pipes and equipment in the factory need to be replaced. If leakage or corruption is found, we should pay attention to it and report it to the factory in time.

During the training, I learned a lot about chemical safety, personal protective measures, and things that should be paid attention to when the factory is banned, such as not smoking at work and not having open flames. Although there are clear slogans, for the sake of safety, we should put lighters outside the factory every day to avoid smoking in the factory because we can't control it.

At this point, other colleagues found that they did not stop it in time, but they also did their own thing. Once there is a problem, it will affect and hurt everyone's safety. Because of the training, we have strengthened our factory safety awareness. If we want to increase production, we must improve safety. Safety first is the slogan that our factory has been promoting, and it has been moving in this direction, and it is strict with newcomers.

It is precisely because the factory is serious about safety that I understand that I must attach importance to this and safety. If I hurt myself and others because of some of my bad habits, I will regret it. After training, I have learned how to do it. I won't forget the safety in production and do anything harmful.

In the process of chemical production, the serious attitude towards personal quality and work is still very high, which requires us not to make mistakes.
