What conditions should an enterprise trainer have?
Higher education in management, economics and other related majors, usually master's degree or above, with overseas study or training experience is preferred; Have rich relevant working background in the lecture, especially the qualifications of famous big companies; Have professional training or teaching experience (such as being a university teacher), good communication, expression and organization of teaching plans, and make full use of all kinds of modern teaching equipment and other necessary skills; Strong learning ability, able to constantly update knowledge and concepts and enrich new theories and cases in the course; Special emphasis is placed on the ability to mobilize the atmosphere flexibly and vividly and the ability to analyze cases. I will design and apply skills such as classroom discussion, case analysis, simulated games, role-playing, etc., preferably with special training experience for instructors. It is best to be a consultant and have access to a large number of practical cases, which will make teaching more open-minded and closer to reality. It is not difficult to see that to combine profound professional theoretical foundation with rich practical experience, we must master superb teaching skills and have diversified qualifications. Of course, this almost harsh requirement makes it almost rare for truly excellent enterprise training lecturers, which is also the reason why many enterprises feel more anxious.
