Among them, social personnel must have the corresponding teacher qualifications (those who apply for primary school teachers must have the qualifications of teachers above primary school, and those who apply for middle school teachers must have the qualifications of teachers above secondary school), and they must have the professional and technical qualifications corresponding to the positions they apply for or the majors with bachelor's degree or above must meet the professional requirements of the positions; The majors studied by fresh graduates must meet the professional requirements of recruitment positions.
4. Non-resident population in Guangzhou (including Zengcheng and Conghua) shall meet the population access conditions in Guangzhou.

(2) Specific conditions
1. Social workers must meet the following conditions:

Bachelor degree or above, with intermediate professional and technical qualification as a teacher, or graduate degree, and the age limit is below 40 years old (1972 1 born later);
Bachelor degree or above, with associate senior professional and technical qualification in teacher series, or doctor's degree, and the age limit is under 45 years old (1967/born after kloc-0/).
(2) Persons who are not permanent residents of Guangzhou (including Zengcheng and Conghua) (if the spouse of a married person does not have a permanent residence in Guangzhou, the spouse must also meet the conditions for population access in Guangzhou):
Those who have a bachelor's degree in general higher education, or a master's degree in national education series, or a bachelor's degree in general higher education and have professional and technical qualifications above the intermediate level in teachers' series are under the age of 35 (1977 1 born later);
Persons who have a bachelor's degree in general higher education and have a teacher's associate senior professional and technical qualification, or a graduate degree in national education and have a teacher's master's degree and intermediate or above professional and technical qualification are under 40 years of age (1972 1 born later).
In this announcement, teachers' primary professional and technical qualifications refer to primary school teachers, middle school teachers and assistant lecturers; Intermediate professional and technical qualifications refer to senior primary school teachers, middle school teachers and lecturers; Senior professional and technical qualifications refer to senior primary school teachers (deputy senior), senior middle school teachers, senior middle school teachers and senior lecturers.
(3) To apply for a Chinese teacher, the level of Putonghua must be above Level 2.
2.2065438+2002 Full-time college graduates (including students who have suspended employment, and students who have suspended employment are only college graduates in Guangdong Province) must meet the following conditions:

(4) Non-normal graduates who apply for teacher positions must hold teacher qualification certificates or attend 33 colleges and universities selected by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education to carry out "two studies" course training, and study pedagogy and psychology courses in our school with qualified results. Third, the recruitment method
(1) Registration
1. Registration method: applicants log on to the website that publishes recruitment information to register online.
2. Registration time: Thursday, March 8th, 20 12: 00 am to Tuesday, March 3rd 17: 00 pm.
3. Fill in the job description: each applicant is limited to 2 positions. The positions reported are divided into the first choice and the second choice, with the first choice as the main choice. In case of supplementary recording or supplementary recording as stipulated in this scheme, the second choice will be used. If this does not happen, the second volunteer position is invalid.
4. Payment: Successful applicants pay the registration fee and examination fee through the online payment system, and each person is 50 yuan. If you fail to pass the qualification examination or take the exam for my own reasons, no refund will be given. The deadline for payment is March 14 (Wednesday) 17: 00.
5. Print the admission ticket: From the afternoon of March 19 (Monday) 17: 00, the written test candidates will download and print the written test admission ticket through the website of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Haizhu Talent Network (the written test candidates do not need to print the written test admission ticket after paying the fee).
(2) Examination
The examination consists of three parts: written examination, interview and professional skill test.
(1) written test
The contents of the written test are professional knowledge of disciplines and related public knowledge such as pedagogy, psychology, education policies and regulations, education and teaching management, current affairs and politics. The question type is an objective question.
Candidates with professional and technical qualifications above the intermediate level of the teacher series can enter the interview directly without a written test. The professional and technical qualifications of those who are exempt from written examination must correspond to the positions they apply for, and senior primary school teachers may not apply for middle school teachers' positions without written examination. Limited by the number of posts, people with intermediate and senior professional and technical qualifications apply for this open recruitment position. If there are no vacancies in the middle and senior positions in the unit you are applying for, you can only hire junior positions and enjoy the treatment of junior titles. They can only enjoy the corresponding title treatment after there are vacancies in middle and senior positions in the unit. Once the middle and senior professional and technical qualifications are registered, they are deemed to have accepted the above conditions.
The written test time is March 24 (Saturday), and the specific time and venue arrangement are subject to the admission ticket. The written test results will be published on the websites of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Haizhu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Haizhu District Education Information Network and Haizhu Talent Network after March 29th (Thursday).
(2) Interview
How to determine the interview list: 1. According to the written test results, the number of applicants and the number of written tests are 1:8( 1 position) or1:6 (position with two people) or1:5 (position with three or more people) respectively. For positions that do not reach the above ratio, all the participants in the written test will enter the interview list. 2. Those who meet the requirements for exemption from written examination will all enter the interview. 3. When the number of candidates who entered the interview among the first volunteer candidates for a position did not reach the above proportion, the candidates who applied for the position in the second volunteer but failed to enter the first volunteer interview range will be replenished in turn according to the written test results.
The interview mainly examines the applicant's adaptability to the position, including oral expression ability, mastery of relevant professional knowledge, judgment and analysis ability, etc. The results of the interview shall be notified to the candidates in writing by the recruiting unit.
The interview time and place will be announced separately.
(3) Qualification examination and professional skill test
According to the order of interview results, enter the qualification examination and professional skills test with the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of interviewers in each position 1:5( 1 person's position) or1:4 (two-person position) or1:3 (three or more people's positions). Qualification examination shall be conducted before the professional skills test. Those who fail the qualification examination shall be disqualified from the professional skills test, and personnel shall be replaced according to the interview results. After passing the qualification examination, they will enter the professional skills test. Those who fail to participate in the qualification examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up the qualification for professional skill testing.
The original and photocopy of the listed materials (A4 specifications) shall be submitted for qualification examination as the basis for qualification examination. For the materials to be submitted for qualification examination, please refer to the List of Qualification Examination Materials for Open Recruitment Teachers in Haizhu District 20 12 (Annex 2).
Applicants should meet the qualifications for the published position. If there is any discrepancy or fraud, the examination qualification will be cancelled and the paid fees will not be refunded.
The professional skills test takes the form of lectures or trial teaching, and those who score 60 or above in the professional skills test can enter the physical examination and assessment. The professional skills test results shall be notified to the candidates by the recruiting unit.
(3) Physical examination and evaluation
According to the order of the professional skills test results of each post, the list of participants is determined according to the proportion of the number of applicants 1: 1, and the physical examination standard is implemented according to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Guangdong Province (201/revised). The physical examination is carried out in the designated hospital, and if the re-examination candidates recommended by the physical examination hospital can't reach a qualified conclusion within one month, the employer can fill in the report in turn according to the actual needs. Those who pass the medical examination will be assessed.
The assessment contents mainly include ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the files will be returned to the original unit.
If the medical examination or assessment is unqualified, it can be replenished according to the test results of professional skills.
(4) Supplementary records
When the number of the first volunteer candidates who meet the recruitment requirements of a position does not reach the recruitment number, they can make up the records among the second volunteer candidates. Those who participated in the re-examination registration were those who failed to be hired after entering the professional skills test of the first volunteer unit. Those who meet the requirements for re-recording will directly participate in the professional skill test of the re-recording unit. Finally, according to the number of supplementary records, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.
