Yoga originated in India and has a history of more than 5000 years. Yoga originated in the Himalayan foothills of northern India. When practicing body and mind in nature, practitioners in ancient India inadvertently found that all kinds of animals and plants were born with methods to treat, relax, sleep or stay awake, and they could recover naturally without any treatment.
Therefore, ancient Indian yogis observed, imitated and experienced animal gestures, and created a series of physical and mental exercise systems, namely postures. These postures have been tempered for more than 5,000 years. Yoga has taught people healing methods and benefited people from generation to generation.
