Meet a Better Self —— Thoughts on the 7th Fanke Replication and Communication Training Camp
Hello, everyone, I am Xiaole, a student of the third replicable communication training camp+a gold medal reader, a student of the first reading productivity training camp, and a teaching assistant of the seventh replicable communication training camp.

Fan Deng and I have been attached to study for more than two years. The first thing I wake up every morning is to open Fan Deng Reading APP and find a favorite book to listen to.

With the development of science and technology, more and more industries are replaced by artificial intelligence, because the existence of some occupations is only related to skills. However, only the common ability of all industries-communication, leadership, learning, listening and thinking ... can make us stand firm in the big waves and will not be easily replaced.

In recent years, I have been engaged in the language training industry. In the teaching process, I feel more and more the power of language and the importance of communication. So at the end of 20 19, when I saw the news of "replicable communication training camp" on the APP, I signed up without hesitation.

In the days of training camp, I saw the learning charm of Fan Deng reading community for the first time. Every day, there are classes and teaching assistants to supervise, tutors to share regularly, and a group PK to give students a platform to show. Hundreds of friends from all corners of the country and even overseas gathered in the same community. We sincerely communicate, learn from each other, encourage each other and grow together. After four weeks, we not only gained a lot of communication tools, but also got to know ourselves better in this way.

As an outstanding student in the third communication training camp, I won the "Golden Reading" medals and gifts issued by the training camp, and also received the "Olive Branch" from my class-applying to be a teaching assistant in the seventh communication training camp.

Before officially taking office, the training camp gave our novice teaching assistants intimate training. There are classes in the training class to explain the Teaching Assistant Handbook in detail, and some excellent teaching assistants in the past share their teaching experience. My biggest gain is a sentence from Xiaole (with the same name as me, haha): treat every day as the first day.

This sentence keeps me thinking: Why should I be a teaching assistant? What is the purpose of my teaching assistant? If you find a goal, you can start from the finish line and don't forget your initiative. Only in this way, the work of teaching assistants will not be regarded as a task, but a better process of meeting themselves, and there will be a steady stream of motivation to move forward.

On March 2nd, our training camp officially opened. Compared with the one I attended, the number of people in this training camp has increased five times! I was divided into three classes, four groups and 53 members. My mobile phone started ringing around 1 noon 1, and I couldn't take my eyes off my mobile phone for a moment until after 10 at night. I was busy meeting the team members all the way, guiding them to introduce themselves, recruiting class committees, introducing the start date and class methods, and so on. At midnight 12 o'clock, I couldn't sleep in bed for a long time. All I can think about is the teaching assistant handbook, and I have been thinking about my work that day. At the same time, I am full of doubts about myself-can I be a good teaching assistant?

At the same time, one of my own online courses also started on March 2, but I didn't have time to take care of it at all, so I missed the opening ceremony and classes a few days ago. I have to go to work normally during the day and cook for a family of three when I get home from work. Combining all the above factors, I am like an ant on hot bricks every day.

I am afraid of missing every member's information, especially the sudden silence in the group. I'm also afraid that it's not appropriate to evaluate my homework. I forgot to eat and sleep for the group ranking ... It can be said that I spent the first three days in anxiety.

When I realized my anxiety, I immediately realized that this state was wrong. If I keep leading the camp in this state, I can't do it well. Therefore, I immediately asked Mu Mu, the teaching assistant who took me there before. Mu Mu's words woke me up. This sentence must be shared with friends who want to apply for teaching assistants. Great-she said: you should know what your goal is, focus on breaking it, adjust your actions according to it, and allocate your time and energy reasonably.

I was suddenly awakened by this sentence. Looking back, the purpose of my application for teaching assistant was to link with friends of the same frequency, study communication courses in depth and improve my skills. With this as the goal orientation, I will take group teaching and homework evaluation as the focus of this teaching assistant's work. After the completion of this key work, we will spend the rest of our time and energy on fancy supervision to improve the punching rate and group interaction rate.

From the end, goal-oriented. In this way, I quickly adjusted my state and walked through the camp in an orderly way. At the same time, the courses I signed up for also started, and the whole person became better and better. Output is the best input. I put what I have learned in the past into sharing content, add meals to the group members and answer their questions. If I can't answer on the spot, I will teach myself first and then share it. When I have time, I will lead the team members to do group discussions, and I will also take the excellent babies in our group to participate in two pk competitions.

In an instant, 30 days have passed. In these 30 days, it is really a sense of accomplishment to watch the babies in our group from the confusion revealed in the first lesson homework to the wonderful case sharing in the back, and finally to participate in the ultimate PK with confidence. They are growing day by day, learning something and breaking through themselves. It's like I took them to see their better selves. In fact, in this process, they brought me to meet a better self-I can also do so much content output, I can also lead a small team to participate in PK competition, I can also get the love of so many babies, and I can also achieve my goal of being a teaching assistant. ...

Of course, my first teaching assistant job also has many shortcomings, such as punching rate, active atmosphere, leading the team and so on, which I should learn from other more experienced teaching assistants. If I have the opportunity to be a teaching assistant in the future, I will still start with an empty cup. Don't forget your initiative.

Looking back on my first teaching assistant class, as Mr. Fan Deng said in the Communication Skills class-put aside personal feelings and do my best with a gift-giving attitude. Because of this, I was able to meet a better self in this teaching assistant experience.

Speaking of which, some friends may have questions. Generally speaking, they say "meet a better self". Why do I say "meet a better self"? Because I think the phrase "meet a better self" seems to contain dissatisfaction with ourselves, and Fan Deng said that we should accept and love ourselves unconditionally. So I chose the expression "meet a better self", hoping that each of us can meet a good enough self in a better way.

Finally, I deeply thank my team members and my classmate and partner Professor Tian Yang.

I am Xiaole, and I look forward to meeting you in the next replicable communication training camp. Let's meet a better self together.
