First, declare the occupation skill appraisal
1. To apply for vocational skill appraisal, you need to submit the candidate's original ID card, qualification documents (academic certificate, qualification certificate, written commitment of work experience, student status information, etc.). ) and two 2-inch color bareheaded recent photos.
2. If an institution enrolls, the applicant institution will collect the candidate's identity information in advance to form the second-phase system data file, and it is not necessary to submit the original identity document.
3. The vocational qualification certificate in the application qualification certification materials can be inquired through the National Vocational Qualification Work Network, and the original certificate is not required. If it is impossible to inquire, the original written certificate issued by the original certification unit shall be submitted.
4. If the academic qualifications can be inquired through Xuexin.com, you need to submit a printed copy of Xuexin.com with a QR code, and you don't need to submit the original academic certificate; If you can't query, you need to submit the academic certificate report, and you don't need to submit the original academic certificate. If the above materials cannot be provided, the original academic certificate and the academic certificate issued by the issuing authority shall be submitted.
5. Cancel the original work experience certification requirements, and the candidates will submit a written commitment instead. (See Annex 1 and 2 for specific requirements)
6. The scope of related occupations and related majors in the application conditions shall be defined in accordance with the clear scope in the corresponding national vocational skills standards. (Annex 3)
Second, reissue the vocational qualification certificate
If the holder loses his vocational qualification certificate and applies for a replacement, he shall submit the original ID card of the applicant and 1 recent 2-inch color bareheaded photo. If it is handled by others, the original identity certificate of the handler is also required. If the occupation that needs to be re-submitted is not in the national vocational qualification catalogue, it is not necessary to submit photos.
The newspaper announcement that the certificate is lost and invalid is cancelled according to the regulations and does not need to be submitted again.
Third, apply for correction of certificate information.
To apply for correcting the information of the vocational qualification certificate, you need to submit the identity certificate and the certification materials for applying for correcting the information, and the specific requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the original regulations.
