Back then, I had worked in Zongheng Cleaning Engineering Co., Ltd. for 4 years, and worked in Lin Yin Property Hanjia Project for more than 3 years. First of all, I want to thank the leaders of Linyin Property and Zongheng Cleaning Company for their trust and concern. Han Jia's cleaning project gave me a platform to learn and show myself.

I also thank all my colleagues for their support and cooperation, carrying forward the team spirit, persisting and struggling together.

However, due to various reasons, it will not achieve the ideal effect.

In the first half of 20xx, we introduced the concept of knowledge management in cleaning industry and put it into practice, which brought great changes to our cleaning department in one year.

In terms of internal management, in the second half of the year, our department combined with the actual work characteristics, focusing on the following aspects to improve:

The benefits of this change are as follows:

The rotation levy can avoid the temporary absence of replacement caused by personal resignation, effectively stop the threat of employee turnover or salary increase, and can also train all-round workers to take over any post of resigned personnel.

2. Strengthen environmental sanitation management measures: In order to continuously improve the quality of environmental sanitation, we have focused on the following aspects in the quality management of cleaning services:

First, optimize the operation mode and strengthen the supervision and management of staff work.

Formulate work standards and technical efficiency assessment standards, which shall be implemented fairly by the supervisor and the monitor, and incorporated into the performance pay of employees.
