School profile: The school was founded in 1984, formerly known as Jinan Sports School, and was founded in 1955. The school was named as a "high-level sports reserve talent base" by the State Sports General Administration and Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau, and was awarded as a "civilized unit" by Jinan Municipal Government for many times. The school offers basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, badminton, shooting, archery, cycling, weightlifting, wrestling, judo, boxing, taekwondo, Sanshou, fencing, karate and other sports 15, and is training more than 600 athletes. Since 2000, the school has continuously expanded its school-running ideas, and jointly organized junior college and preparatory classes with Shandong Institute of Physical Education and Tianjin Institute of Physical Education, thus broadening the ways for graduates to enter higher education.
