2. Unemployment insurance benefits will be paid in the following month after the unemployed go through the application procedures on 16.

Unemployment insurance is paid monthly. If a bank account is opened before 15 of the current month, unemployment insurance benefits will be paid before 26th of the current month; /kloc-accounts opened after 0/6 will be received before 26th of the following month.

Note: Unemployed persons should apply for unemployment insurance money at the agency that accepts unemployment insurance business within 60 days from the date of termination or rescission of the labor contract.

Unemployed persons applying for unemployment insurance shall fill in an application form for unemployment insurance and submit the following supporting materials:

(a) my identity certificate;

(2) The certificate of termination or rescission of the labor contract issued by the employer;

(3) unemployment registration and job search certificate;

(four) other materials stipulated by the provincial administrative department of labor security.

Unemployed persons who receive unemployment insurance benefits should go to the agency to receive them on a monthly basis, and at the same time truthfully explain the job search and vocational guidance and training to the agency.

Unemployed persons who are sick and seek medical treatment during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits may apply to the agency for receiving medical subsidies in accordance with regulations.

If an unemployed person dies during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, his family members can hold the death certificate of the unemployed person, the identity certificate of the recipient and the certificate of relationship with the unemployed person, and go to the agency to receive a one-time funeral subsidy and a pension for supporting spouse and immediate family members in accordance with the regulations. Unemployed persons who have not received unemployment insurance benefits in the current month can receive them together with their families.

Unemployed persons shall actively apply for jobs and receive vocational guidance and training during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits. Unemployed people can enjoy preferential policies such as fee reduction and free employment services when they apply for jobs during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

Unemployed persons who meet the requirements of enjoying the minimum living guarantee for local urban residents during or after receiving unemployment insurance benefits may apply for enjoying the minimum living guarantee for urban residents in accordance with regulations.

The social insurance agency (hereinafter referred to as the agency) established by the administrative department of labor and social security to handle unemployment insurance business shall, in accordance with the provisions of these Measures, accept the application of unemployed persons to receive unemployment insurance benefits, examine and confirm their qualifications, verify the time limit and standards for receiving unemployment insurance benefits and enjoying other unemployment insurance benefits, and be responsible for issuing unemployment insurance benefits and providing other unemployment insurance benefits.

The employing unit shall issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations for the unemployed in time, and inform the social insurance agency of the list of unemployed persons within fifteen days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations.

Unemployed persons shall, with the certificate of termination or rescission of labor relations issued by their own units, go to the designated public employment service institutions for unemployment registration in time.

Unemployed people with unemployment registration certificate and personal identity documents, to the social insurance agencies to receive unemployment insurance procedures. The time limit for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be calculated from the date of unemployment registration.
