The national biosafety project is mainly spent on entry-exit animal and plant inspection and quarantine. National biosafety belongs to non-traditional security and is an important part of national security system. Government departments can effectively prevent the loss of species resources and the invasion of exotic species by strengthening domestic biosafety publicity and education and implementing quarantine of imported animals and plants, thus protecting domestic biosafety.
