What is the "IML process"?
IML process refers to the injection of in-mold parts.

The process is characterized by a hardened transparent film on the surface, a printed pattern layer in the middle and a plastic layer on the back. Because there is ink in the middle, the product can prevent surface scratches, resist friction and keep bright color for a long time.

At present, IMD has two manufacturing methods:

: 1, one is to make the printed film into a circular drum belt, install it in an injection molding machine and an injection mold, and automatically produce the label on the front mold surface; That is what people call IMR (in-mold transfer injection molding).

2. The other is to print and shape the film through a molding machine, and then cut it and put it into an injection mold. In other words, it is called IML (Film Injection in Mould).
