People engaged in the insurance industry need to prepare some certificates: a copy of ID card, a copy of the highest education certificate, a copy of family members' guarantors, a copy of internal guarantors of insurance companies, 12 one-inch photos (the number of photos required by each company is different), and an insurance agent qualification certificate (in the past, you could take an exam while doing it, but now you have to get this qualification certificate to sell insurance business, which is equivalent to a driver's license). In the case of ID card and insurance agency qualification certificate, education is more important, but in fact, the most important thing is the reputation of this person in society and the love, responsibility and perseverance of this person.
