Does the statutory holiday training institution have to give students a holiday?
Legal analysis: The law does not stipulate that training institutions are not allowed to attend classes on legal holidays. For national holidays, holidays are necessary, but for private organizations, the length of holidays depends on the leading boss. If you are a full-time employee and have a labor relationship, you should have a holiday according to law.

Legal basis: Article 33 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors. Schools should cooperate with the parents or other guardians of underage students to reasonably arrange their study time and ensure their time for rest, entertainment and physical exercise. Schools shall not occupy national statutory holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations, and organize underage students in compulsory education to make up lessons collectively to increase their learning burden. Kindergartens and off-campus training institutions shall not conduct primary school curriculum education for preschool minors.
