Topic: Interpreting BBK Admissions Speech with Emotional Quotient Thinking

Yesterday, I made a spot check on my team members. I just asked them some questions about teachers and fees as a parent, but I was not satisfied with the final result.

There are two main reasons, one is that the dialogue is not familiar enough, and the other is that the emotional intelligence is low.

If you are not familiar with words, you can use the rest of the time to be familiar with them, but EQ can only be cultivated slowly.

Emotional intelligence doesn't need an exam, but it doesn't mean it's unimportant. Some waiters with low emotional intelligence will answer a question you ask, and he won't know how to answer you until you chew something up.

If I were his boss, I wouldn't want a person with low emotional intelligence to be the front desk, regardless of his diploma or beauty.

Because a person with low emotional intelligence can expose all his shortcomings in one sentence.

Therefore, I also hope that people around me are a group of people with high emotional intelligence. I don't mean that I can read anyone's mind, but at least I can make people around me feel relaxed when communicating with myself.

How is EQ defined? I really can't recite it. But my understanding is self-awareness and the ability to make others feel comfortable.

To give a concrete example, the first question I asked yesterday was: When was your BBK established? How come I haven't heard of it?

Basically, the answer is: We have a history of eight years.

Then, no then. This shows that your EQ is not generally low.

I think what I suggested later is already obvious. "How come I've never heard of it?" This sentence shows that parents don't know our educational institutions, so they don't want to send their children to us for training.

So the essence of the problem is: parents don't know BBK, so they are worried about being cheated.

It's no use just saying that you have eight years of history. No one will care about the history of your enterprise unless you are New Oriental.

Knowing the nature of this question, I think it is easy to answer "yes":

Parents, it's like this. Our BBK has been established for eight years, and we hold a press conference in Nantah every year, inviting the vice president and the chairman of the Education Bureau to attend. Look, this is a photo of our meeting. Therefore, we are a very formal educational institution, and parents can rest assured that their children will be trained here. .................................................

That's about it. I think after my parents have no worries, the rest will be logical.

There are still differences in emotional intelligence between people. Where emotional intelligence is reflected, it can be reflected from the way you usually talk and do things.

Another example: Where is your teacher from?

People with low emotional intelligence stand up immediately. Our teachers are all from various universities in Hunan.

Then, it's gone.

If you don't grasp the essence of the question, you will never know how to answer it most satisfactorily.

Do you think he really wants to know which school you go to? You are not from Tsinghua, and you are not from Peking University. You said you were from Hunan Institute of Technology. God knows if Hunan Institute of Technology is one, two or three books.

The essence of the problem is that we don't know enough about teachers, and we are worried that some messy college students will come to open remedial classes.

I don't know BBK because I'm afraid of being cheated, and I don't know the teacher. I'm just worried about the quality of teaching. In this case, let's talk to our parents about our Excellence.

The same is true for those cost problems.

Think that the cost is higher than other educational institutions. From the point of view that our teachers and teaching environment are the same as others, then you can fully explain that our teaching level and environment are better than others.

Thinking that the cost is lower than others is nothing more than thinking that our teachers and environment are not as good as other institutions.

And worry about children's grades, children are naughty and don't like learning, and learn to analyze the nature of problems. Isn't everything settled?

Learning to interpret speeches with emotional quotient thinking is far stronger than rote memorization, because emotional quotient is applicable to any industry and solves all problems in communication. Some problems can't be solved mechanically, but will produce more problems.

If the questions your parents ask are not about words, do you have to scratch your ears to answer others' surprises?
