First time: 65438+June 2007 Dali (initial repair).
The main reason why I signed up for the training is not only to personally experience the wonderful physical feeling of old tea, but also that Miao Yuan told me that I was cold as soon as she saw me and suggested that I give my body a comprehensive cleaning through three days of intensive tea reading. Sure enough, every time I made tea in that training, I broke out in a cold sweat. After drinking hot tea, I was shivering with cold, my teeth chattered and a lot of cold was discharged. At that time, due to cold and blood stasis, my perception of my body was very rough. Listening to others say that the subtle feeling of tea gas wandering around me is completely like listening to a gobbledygook, and I can't understand it myself. I can't sit still after watching tea for an hour, but I always want to move in the end. Often my legs are sore and my back can't stand straight. After the tea-making exam, everyone tasted my tea and said that I was the weakest and coldest student in the second phase.
But this kind of training has achieved remarkable results, mainly in three aspects:
1. The intestine is much smoother, and it only takes one minute to go to the toilet.
After studying meditation for more than a year, I really can't do two dishes. After three days of intensive tea reading, suddenly I can double dishes. Teacher Li said that double dishes are not made by practice, but they are weak when they are full of anger. After drinking tea seriously, they are calm and relaxed, which many people who have practiced yoga for many years can naturally do. )
Sleep is improved and you won't wake up in the middle of the night.
The second time: Dali (changed jobs) in July, 17.
I used to be so numb that I couldn't notice my own problems. After the last training, I learned my own problems and felt the remarkable effect of body cleaning after three days of intensive tea reading, so I did not hesitate to sign up for the second retraining. I didn't sweat as often as I did last time, and I didn't tremble with cold. My body feels very warm, which shows that I have discharged a lot of colds in recent times. However, the experience of tea is still not so detailed. At the end of an hour, I often can't sit still because of my leg pain.
The biggest gains this time are two points:
1. On the third day, I discharged an amazing amount of black stool (I actually ate very lightly when I was drinking tea), but I don't remember such poisoning. When I came out of the toilet, I was relieved and refreshed.
2. I couldn't meditate before, so I couldn't sit still. Now I finally realize the feeling of being calm as water after making tea, and I don't want to move at all, and this state will only occasionally appear in the intensive meditation for the previous seven days.
The body began to feel warm and the spirit was better than before.
Third time: Chengdu in August, 17 (retraining)
That time, I was on the stove with the mentality of sweating and detoxification in the dog days. Sure enough, every time I make tea, my body is soaked like water. But the feeling of the body is cool and comfortable from the inside out, and the heart is much more stable than before. There is no cold on the body surface, but when drinking Tuo tea during the 38-year anti-Japanese war, I feel a dull pain in the viscera and feel cold from the inside out, which shows that the pure yang energy of old tea is strong. The harvest is:
1. What I obviously feel is the unblocking of the footwall. Almost every time I make tea, my legs ache. Although uncomfortable, my heart is much more practical than before. I sit steady and my waist is straight, effortless. The concentration of meditation has increased rapidly, which was clearly confirmed in the meditation course from morning till night in September. )
2. The body's automatic temperature regulation ability is enhanced, no matter how hot it is outside, it can adapt quickly, and there is no feeling of heat in the body. Sweating is no longer a cold sweat, but also a quick dry sweat.
3. The spirit has been obviously improved (see the photo comparison between June left and August right below), and I didn't feel sleepy and dozing for the first time in the two-day intensive meditation course in September.
The fourth time: 17 10 Chengdu (retraining)
This time, I finally realized the feeling of "tea running on a small Sunday" After drinking the first cup, my back immediately became hot, then the heat went to the top of my head, fell to my abdomen, and then to my back ... and my whole body warmed up immediately. The feeling of "tea fragrance" is much more obvious than before. This time, the leg is no longer so painful, and I can feel the heat flow through my leg from time to time, which is very comfortable like soaking in a hot spring. This harvest mainly includes:
1. The amount of sweating is not as much as before. Even if there is sweat, it can be quickly collected and automatically dried, and every pore of the whole body is like being bathed in warm sunshine. At the entrance of boiling tea soup, you can feel the pleasant coolness emanating from the esophagus. I thought I would bring a lot of clothes to change, but I didn't expect the sweat to dry and the clothes didn't smell of sweat. It can be seen that detoxification is relatively successful.
2. My heart is much calmer. After a few drinks, breathing becomes long and fine, and it is easy to live in the present. I have never been able to calm down and do some spiritual lessons before, but now I find that I have calmed down a lot.
3. Not only when you meditate, you are unconscious when you walk, walk and sit, and you can straighten your back unconsciously, which proves that you are full of gas.
It's autumn in Chengdu, and the temperature drops suddenly, so many people shout cold. But I didn't bring much clothes when I went out, and I didn't feel cold. When I went to hold someone's hand, everyone exclaimed: Wow! You are full of qi and blood, and your palms are so hot with so little wear. You know, a few months ago, I was cold and my hands and feet were cold. Teacher Miao Yuan later described the impression of Dali Tea House when she first met me in May: "Her face was sallow and she came in against the cold wind like an iceman". Now, after the fourth training, I can cover a quilt much thinner than others, and even feel the heat flow rising from my spine from time to time when I sleep.
5. The yoga moves taught by Teacher Li before are obviously much easier to do and the body is really much softer.
6. As the awareness of your body is obviously improved, your heart becomes clearer and keener, and your mind tends to be peaceful and open-minded. For those who need help, it is easier to give up and show sympathy.
The above is my real experience at every stage since I began to learn "body reading tea" in June. The deepest feelings are as follows:
1. Teacher Li Yanfeng advocates "body reading tea" with pure dry old tea, which is very beneficial to health and practice. The body is the best spokesman, better than any theoretical preaching. Facts have proved that this method is really effective.
2. Intensive study while the iron is hot is much more effective than intermittent study. Teacher Li is merciful, giving tea to the initial training, giving free retraining, encouraging everyone to retrain more, and taking pains to make precious old tea, so that the students can drink from morning till night during the three-day training, in the hope that we can recuperate as soon as possible. Such great love should be cherished as a student. Only a better body and mind can repay the selfless dedication of Teacher Li and Teacher Miaocha Miaoyuan.
