Training time: 2 months is the training and learning period, and it will be tried after passing the examination. Arrange half-day work every day.
Training target: people who have worked in the company for less than 2 months or have not received training.
Training content: company status, manners and manners, product line, design adjustment operation, fox operation, customer service, common sense of tourism, and matters needing attention in organizing a group.
Training methods: blackboard explanation, interactive question and answer.
The first week: pre-job basic knowledge training
The first day: take new employees to familiarize themselves with the company environment, jobs and organizational structure, and explain the company's development history and business situation. Employees are required to master the company's address, contact telephone number (outside the group, fax), telephone number of relevant person in charge and related business of the group, and be able to accurately use the company's office equipment such as fax machine, copier and printer.
The next day: etiquette training. Employees are required to master basic social etiquette and pay attention to details to superiors, colleagues and guests in the company.
Day 3: explanation of tourism common sense. Employees are required to have a detailed understanding of all kinds of work and business of travel agencies, and have a general understanding of national policies and regulations, tour guide business and tour guide knowledge.
Day 4: How to communicate with guests? Employees are required to master the meaning of smiling service and "customer is God", answer the phone and respond to guests, and learn some simple daily complaint handling skills.
Day 5: Check the content of this week's training (oral quiz or test paper).
The second week: pre-job business knowledge training
Day 1: The quotation composition of the products sold by the Group (including 1 one-day tour, Zhou Bianyou tour and long-distance tour respectively) and the signing of the contract. It is required to sign a daily contract and have a conceptual understanding and simple analysis of line products.
The next day: list all kinds of transportation and hotels involved in the tour. It is required to know all kinds of models and seats, the types of train tickets and the number of trains that can be done in Qinhuangdao section, the reasons why the tickets are not allowed, the difference between hotel listing and "approval", the treatment of single room difference and the precautions for individual passengers to arrive in advance.
The third day: the price of one-day tour, the general situation of scenic spots, the driving time and different car prices. It is required to calculate the group quotation of 15 people, 20 people and 30 people, and the ticket prices of various scenic spots.
Day 4: The explanation can be combined with the scenery films of East China, Chengdu, Yunnan and Guilin. It is required to know the scenic spots and cities of each line, the prices and modes of transportation of different starting and ending places, the difference between teams and individual travelers (accompanying them all the way) and the nuclear price including picking up the plane.
Day 5: Consolidate the training knowledge for one week.
The third week: knowledge training of online content.
Day 1: explanation of the surrounding car tour. It is required to know the number of days, driving distance, scenic spots involved, local accommodation, matters needing attention, and quotations of various routes.
The next day: lectures in Xiamen, Hainan, Guilin and Zhangjiajie. Familiar with the line content and individual prices are required.
Day 3: Other long-term explanations. It is required to know the scenic spots and product features included in other long lines.
Day 4: Simulate the process of receiving direct customers. It is required to explain the regular route, quote and sign a contract to receive customers.
Day 5: Make a comprehensive simulation evaluation of the learned route. (in the form of a sketch)
The fourth week: training of dispatching operation knowledge.
Day 1: Debugging operation flow. It is required to master the operation process of long-distance individual passengers and fill in various forms, confirmations, bills of exchange, expense tables and entrustment orders.
The next day: simulate the reception of customers and complete the operation process in combination with the actual situation.
Day 3: Practice the operation of each line team.
Day 4: Practice the operation of each line team.
Day 5: Check the operation business and check the operation completion of the designated team.
The fifth week: improve the knowledge structure training.
Day 1: Evaluate the training content of last month and the progress or mastery of employees. Ask employees to summarize the knowledge points and contents that they didn't master last month, and check for leaks.
The next day: explain what you have not mastered or the problems in actual operation.
Day 3: Same as above.
Day 4: Summary.
Day 5: Make a comprehensive evaluation of the training knowledge.
Week 6-Week 8: Working independently.
Systematically study employee manuals and rules and regulations, and at the same time let employees participate in actual business operations, and test whether my personality, ability and lifestyle are suitable for business trip and work in our company in view of the problems in actual work.
After 2 months, the comprehensive quality of employees was evaluated. If passed, the training period will end, and the probation period will be 1 month.
