Article 8 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:
(a) support the articles of association;
(2) Having the will to join this Association;
(3) Having certain ability, level and influence in the business field of this Association;
(four) qualified units and individuals related to the business of this Association (qualification is in another article).
Article 9 The procedures for joining the club are as follows:
(a) to submit an application for membership and obtain membership;
(two) fill in the membership registration form and provide the required information;
(three) discussed and approved by the Standing Council (the members of the team shall be examined and accepted according to these rules);
(4) The membership card shall be issued by the Council or an institution authorized by the Council.
Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights:
The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;
(two) to participate in the activities of this association;
(three) to obtain the priority of our services;
(four) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;
(5) Freedom of voluntary membership and withdrawal;
(six) other legitimate rights and interests in the meeting.
Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:
(a) To implement the resolutions of this Council;
(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;
(three) to complete the work assigned by the association;
(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;
(five) to reflect the situation to this Council and provide relevant information;
(6) Recommend talents to the Association and subscribe to the publications in the Association.
Article 12 A member who withdraws from the club shall notify the club in writing and return his membership card. If a member does not pay the membership fee for one year and does not participate in group activities, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
Article 13 If a member violates the national laws and seriously violates the Articles of Association, it shall be removed from the membership by voting of the Council or the Standing Council.

Pang Zhonghua, male, was born in 1945, Chongqing. He used to be the executive director, chairman and legal representative of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. He is currently the executive director, chairman and legal representative of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, and the president of Pang Zhonghua Hard Pen Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
Tianyu Meng, male, was born in 1946, Wanxian County, Sichuan Province. He used to be the executive director and vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. At present, he is the executive director, vice-chairman and secretary-general of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, director of the art evaluation committee and chairman of Kyushu Calligraphers Association.
Huang Chaoqun, male, was born in 1956, Huoqiu, Anhui. He used to be the executive director and vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. At present, he is the executive director, vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, director of tool and material appraisal committee, and chairman of Chongqing China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association.
Yang Weiguo, male, Han nationality, from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, 1955. He used to be the executive director and vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. He is currently the executive director, vice chairman and director of academic theory committee of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association.
He Wei, male, Han nationality, 1949 was born in Yangjiaping, Chongqing on September 6th. He used to be the executive director and vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. He is currently the executive director and vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association and honorary chairman of Chongqing China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association.
Yang, male, 1953 was born in Zhushan county, Hubei province in July, 1989. He used to be the executive director and vice chairman of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. He is currently the executive director, vice chairman and director of the Construction and Development Committee of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, and the executive director of China Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee.
Wang Chengxing, male, Han nationality,1born in June 1948, was born in Jinzhai County, Anhui Province. Former executive director of China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association; He is currently the executive director, vice chairman and director of the teaching and training committee of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association.
