It is the most basic system for sewage treatment plants to do a good job in safety production, and it stipulates the responsibility scope of safety production for leaders, functional departments and safety management departments at all levels.

(2) Safety production education system: New employees must receive three-level safety education (factory education, workshop education and team post education), and they can only enter the post operation after passing the examination. Safety education must be carried out when equipment is updated or operators change jobs. Personnel engaged in electrical, lifting, welding, vehicle driving and other special operations. Must undergo special training and hold the qualified operation certificate of the corresponding special type of work.

(3) Safety production inspection system: The first job of the operator after going to work is to check the operated equipment and process system. The safety management department regularly checks all kinds of potential safety hazards existing in each production post, and the factory leaders also organize special inspections.
