The leading group for TB prevention and control at the county level should strengthen its leadership in TB prevention and control, and hold at least 1-2 meetings during the year to review the planning and implementation of TB prevention and control and solve the problems existing in TB prevention and control.
3. Complete the formulation of 20XX-20 10 TB prevention and control implementation plan before the end of May, and report it to the Municipal Health Bureau.
4, combined with local conditions, in the second half of the year to develop human resources development plans for tuberculosis prevention and control at all levels, put forward specific goals and requirements, and gradually fully staffed according to the human resources development plan to improve the professional quality of personnel. From May to September, according to the unified deployment of the provincial and municipal health administrative departments, the mid-term evaluation of the tuberculosis prevention and control plan in our county was organized to understand the implementation of the plan and the realization of the mid-term goals, so as to provide a basis for improving the implementation plan of the 20XX-20 10 tuberculosis prevention and control plan.
(2) Fund management
The county CDC should formulate a 20XX TB prevention and control budget work plan and report it to the county health bureau for review and confirmation. County Health Bureau and county CDC should strengthen the management of funds for tuberculosis control projects subsidized by the central government, global funds and municipal financial support projects, and actively strive to implement county-level supporting tuberculosis control funds.

Comprehensive medical institutions and county CDC should strengthen cooperation to ensure that the reports and referrals of tuberculosis patients and suspected tuberculosis patients in general hospitals are sent to county CDC for treatment and management, so as to improve the referral rate and referral rate of patients.
4. The county CDC should promptly report the information of patients who have not visited the CDC's tuberculosis prevention clinic directly to the township hospitals, and the township hospitals will verify and track the patients in time to improve the tracking rate and tracking rate.

2. In the first half of this year, the county health bureau set up a county-level diagnosis team for smear-positive patients to improve the quality of treatment and management of smear-positive patients.
3. Strengthen the supervision and treatment of smear-negative patients according to the diagnostic criteria formulated by the state.

(9) Information submission
County CDC should collect and report TB control information in a timely manner, issue a "TB Control work briefing" every quarter, and send it to relevant departments of cities and counties and various medical institutions.
