Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology &; Technology (referred to as Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology) is a provincial-level ordinary institution of higher learning with the right to award master's degrees. It is the first batch of national key vocational education teacher training bases of the Ministry of Education and the national science and technology correspondent entrepreneurship training base of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
This school is the first batch of demonstration colleges for the transformation and development of undergraduate colleges in Hebei Province, and the demonstration colleges for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hebei Province. The school is located in Qinhuangdao City, and its motto is "Be sensitive to learning, cultivate self-cultivation, be happy and innovative". Hebei Teachers College of Science and Technology was formerly Changli Agricultural Vocational School, which was founded in 194 1. 1985 was transformed into Hebei Agricultural Technology Teachers College, 1998 was renamed Hebei Vocational and Technical Teachers College, and merged with the former Qinhuangdao Coal Industry Management School in 2000. In 2003, it was renamed Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology.
