1. After the retired soldiers participated in vocational skills training in the same year and obtained the certificate of completion, they should report the skills training subsidy to the District Veterans Affairs Bureau with their retirement certificate, ID card, skills training certificate, invoice, original and photocopy of local bank card.

2. The District Veterans Affairs Bureau reports to the superior, and after the funds are released, they will be distributed to the retired soldiers.
