The training content shall not exceed the corresponding national curriculum standards, the training frequency must match the grade of enrollment, and the training progress shall not exceed the same level of primary and secondary schools in the county (district).

The training time shall not conflict with the teaching time of local primary and secondary schools, and the training end time shall not be later than 20: 30, and no homework shall be left. It is strictly forbidden to organize examinations, competitions and subject rankings in primary and secondary schools.

Off-campus training institutions should be equipped with full-time and part-time teachers with reasonable structure and sufficient quantity according to the training items and scale offered. The number of full-time teachers should not be less than 1/4 of the total number of teachers, and the number of full-time teachers in a single teaching place (including teaching points) should not be less than 3.

Full-time and part-time teachers employed by off-campus training institutions shall have teacher qualifications or related professional skills. Among them, teachers engaged in Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, physics, chemistry and other disciplines related to further studies or examinations and their extended training should have corresponding teacher qualification certificates. The employment of foreign teachers by off-campus training institutions shall meet the requirements of the relevant provisions on the employment of foreign teachers in Guizhou Province. Off-campus training institutions shall not employ in-service teachers in public and private primary and secondary schools (kindergartens).
