The International Communication English Test (ETIC) is a new era initiated by China Foreign Language Assessment Center of Beijing Foreign Studies University on the road of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. Great progress has been made in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, international exchanges at all levels have become increasingly frequent, and China's ability to participate in global governance has been continuously improved. The English communication ability certification system developed under the background of increasing international influence aims to cultivate and select "national talents" with international vision, proficiency in using foreign languages, familiarity with international rules and proficiency in international negotiations for the country and employers. The national talent examination fully embodies the principle of "excellent classification", including five categories: junior national talents, intermediate national talents, senior national talents, high-end national talents and senior national talents. It serves the training and selection of talents at all levels and meets the different needs of international exchange activities at different levels.

National Talent Scholarship: From the national talent examination in the first half of 20 18, all candidates who have achieved "Excellence" in foreign talent examinations at all levels can get full scholarships and honorary certificates equivalent to the registration fee of this level provided by China Foreign Language Assessment Center.

Free Re-examination: Starting from the national talent examination in the first half of 20 18, candidates who apply for national high-level and high-level talents can retake the exam for free in the next exam season if they fail the first exam.
