Guangzhou Panyu Vocational and Technical Training Center is a skill training base under Panyu Labor and Social Security Bureau, which undertakes, guides and organizes the implementation of the "Golden Key Plan". It is also a vocational training base for rural laborers, a training base for special operators and a training base for supporting the army.

It also undertakes the professional skill appraisal of relevant types of work in the region, has the demonstration function and radiation function of vocational skill training, and is an institution engaged in skill appraisal and assessment.
