Establishment of enterprise training evaluation index system
Training effect is the goal of training work-only when the training effect is achieved can the training work be completed. However, the evaluation and examination of training effect has always been a difficult point in enterprise training. An enterprise, especially a diversified enterprise group, is faced with different training contents and systems of its subsidiaries. How to evaluate their training effect scientifically, fairly and reasonably needs to establish a set of training evaluation index system.

Scientific evaluation

A reasonable evaluation index system should be able to scientifically evaluate the implementation of training work of subsidiaries, truly reflect the effect of training work, and achieve the purpose of urging and encouraging subsidiaries to carry out training through these indicators.

evaluation/assessment index system

The design of training evaluation index is based on the combination of training workflow and the comprehensive development of these aspects.

Clarify the definition of training work

Before designing the evaluation index, it is necessary to give a clear definition of the training work within the enterprise group, because a clear scope is a necessary prerequisite for the evaluation. We must first make clear what behavior is training and what behavior is not training.

The main factors affecting the training effect

According to the investigation and analysis, there are five main factors that affect the training effect: training environment, willingness to be trained, preparation before training, teacher level and learning atmosphere as shown in the figure. These factors cover almost all the contents before and after training and have a decisive influence on the training effect.

Definition of training

Training refers to a training course or seminar organized by a special person with detailed teaching content or syllabus in the form of centralized teaching or interactive discussion, or an off-company training approved by the Human Resources Department of the Head Office and filed in the Human Resources Department. These behaviors are the targets of assessment indicators.
