Coal mine is a high-risk industry, with five natural disasters: water, fire, gas, coal dust and roof.
In order to ensure the safety of new workers, many laws and regulations in China, such as "Safety in Production Law", "Mine Safety Law" and "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", have put forward requirements for the pre-job training of new workers. The training time of underground workers before entering the well is not less than 72 hours, and after passing the examination, they can work for not less than 4 months under the leadership of experienced old workers, and they can work independently only after passing the examination.
The safety training of new workers should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of "Safety Training Program for Coal Mine Workers (Trial)" issued by state administration of work safety and the State Administration of Coal Mine Safety.
Through training, make new workers understand the national safety production policy, relevant laws, regulations and rules; Familiar with all the efforts and obligations of safety production in this position; Understand the basic knowledge of safety facilities, common accident prevention and well entry safety; Master basic methods such as safety operation procedures, operation skills and self-help and mutual rescue; Improve safety awareness, be aware of it, be able to operate according to the rules, abide by the law, standardize behavior, put an end to "three violations" and do a good job in independent safety.
