Huawei's hardware training is aimed at the installation training of wireless LTE, 5G and microwave products for Huawei employees and new employees. In Huawei, the hard-fitting engineering camp is one of the most distinctive trainings. In two to five weeks, the participating employees, instructors and construction teams will carry equipment, hoist and wire together.
