Enterprises and institutions engaged in the production, reproduction, maintenance and destruction of state secrets, the integration of classified information systems or the scientific research and production of weapons and equipment (hereinafter referred to as classified business) shall be subject to confidentiality review by the secrecy administrative department or the secrecy administrative department in conjunction with relevant departments. Those who fail to pass the confidentiality review shall not engage in confidentiality business. Specific measures such as classification management, employment (employment) review, confidentiality period management and rights protection of classified personnel shall be formulated by the state secrecy administrative department in conjunction with the relevant competent departments of the State Council. In the investigation of a case of confidentiality inspection or disclosure of state secrets, if the relevant organs, units and their staff refuse to cooperate, resort to deceit, conceal or destroy evidence, or otherwise evade or obstruct the confidentiality inspection or disclosure of state secrets, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished according to law.

What are the contents of confidentiality training?

1, confidentiality policy. In the process of secrecy work, the principles and policies of secrecy work belong to a very important content, which can be carried out in combination with patriotism, ideological belief and loyalty education, and correctly guide the educational objects, which will help to better understand the relevant principles and policies of secrecy work and comprehensively improve the ability to deal with practical problems.

2. Confidential work. Under the new situation, we should do a good job in all kinds of secrecy work, combine sports politics with national defense education according to the specific characteristics of secrecy work in different stages, and correctly judge the current situation.

3. Confidentiality laws and regulations. One criterion for keeping state secrets is laws and regulations, which is also the legal basis for secrecy work. Therefore, secret-related personnel need to pay attention to secrecy laws and regulations, systematically study relevant secrecy measures and regulations, and comprehensively improve their ability to keep and use state secrets.

Legal basis: Article 39 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Guarding State Secrets. If an organ or unit fails to report a case of leaking state secrets in accordance with the provisions or fails to take remedial measures, the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished according to law.
