Since April 2007, China Service Center for Studying Abroad has successively cooperated with Shanghai International Studies University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Xi International Studies University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Qingdao University, Tianjin Normal University, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Hunan University, Hebei Normal University, Xiamen University, Yunnan University, Harbin Engineering University, Yangzhou University, Wuhan University and China Youshi University (East China), and * * * jointly established. At the same time, the center has established five training bases for studying in Russia in cooperation with Heihe University, Northeast Agricultural University, Hulunbeier College, Changchun University and Jiamusi University. In addition, the Center has established strategic cooperative relations with seven universities, including Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, China Agricultural University, China Communication University, Beijing Film Academy, Northeast Forestry University and South China Normal University.

At present, study abroad training bases, Russian study abroad training bases and strategic partners mainly develop study abroad training programs and implement unified management models and standards. For the convenience of management, such overseas study training programs are collectively referred to as "overseas study training base projects". Relying on the high-quality teaching resources of domestic universities and first-class foreign language trainers, and drawing lessons from the international advanced teaching mode, the study abroad training program provides systematic training and all-round services for China students to study abroad smoothly, so that China students can enjoy more foreign high-quality educational resources.

The overseas study training program is a kind of overseas study training service program which provides systematic training and all-round services for students to study abroad smoothly within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, within the scope of their respective responsibilities, and on the basis of consensus and agreement signed by both parties.
