5.2 Production preparation
5.2. 1 The cleaning of the production site and the fixed placement of products and workplace appliances shall be implemented by the production department in accordance with 5S inspection standards and assessment methods.
5.2.2 The production workshop applies for production materials, including raw materials, auxiliary materials, auxiliary materials and semi-finished products;
5.2.3 The production plan shall be arranged according to the principle of giving priority and being beneficial to quality control.
5.2.4 Pre-job training should be provided to operators. Operators of special processes must undergo training and examination, hold relevant certificates, and take targeted control measures for key processes and special processes.
5.2.5 The production department shall conduct daily inspection and maintenance of the equipment, and conduct regular inspection and maintenance.

5.2.7 The technical department shall provide technical documents such as drawings, operation procedures and work instructions for product processing.
5.3 Verification of Work Preparation
5.3. 1 Before production, confirm all factors that affect the production process: operators, production equipment, tooling and molds, production materials, process technical documents, production environment, monitoring and measurement, etc. And ensure that all factors are under control before production, especially according to the inspection regulations of each working procedure.
5.3.2 In order to ensure the timely completion of sales orders, corresponding emergency plans shall be formulated in view of occasional emergencies that may occur in the production process.
5.4 First article inspection
The production workshop carries out production according to the daily production plan. After the first article is confirmed to be qualified in self-inspection, the production personnel in each process fill in the Record Form of Self-inspection in Production Process, and the quality inspector carries out the first article inspection and confirmation, which shall be implemented according to the Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure.
5.5 Normal production
5.5. 1 After the first piece of production is confirmed to be qualified, arrange the production process according to the daily production plan, and carry out mass production according to the product drawings, processes, operation procedures and work instructions;
5.5.2 In the production process, the quality inspector shall inspect the product processing process according to the content and frequency required by the work instruction, control plan or inspection work instruction, and keep records, specifically according to the Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure;
5.5.3 In case of nonconformity in the production process, it shall be implemented according to the Nonconforming Product Control Procedure and the Corrective Prevention and Continuous Improvement Control Procedure.
5.6 Confirmation of Special Process
5.6. 1 The heat treatment and spraying process is a special process, which should be confirmed to confirm its ability to achieve the planned results;
5.6.2 Confirmation arrangement includes: process operation instruction; Equipment approval, operator certificate, specific methods and processes and records, etc.
5.7 Identification and protection
Follow Product Identification and Traceability Control Procedure and Product Storage and Protection Control Procedure.
5.8 Final inspection
When the product has completed a certain process, the quality inspector will conduct the completion inspection according to the requirements of the work instruction, control plan, inspection work instruction or technical notice, and sign the production process quality self-inspection record and product turnover card after passing the inspection. Before the finished products are put into storage, the quality inspector will inspect them, and fill in the storage inspection report and product storage notice.
