2. Work is not proactive, only content with completing the tasks assigned by the leaders. I am not good at thinking and thinking when I encounter problems in my work. I often wait for the instructions of the leaders and say it step by step.

3. There are some problems in the work, such as insufficient awareness of innovation and enterprising, not wide working ideas, loose and soft management, and not bold enough to promote the work. Some subordinate cadres are prone to make low-level mistakes in their work and have not been discovered in time.

Rectification measures: fully implement the work responsibility system, accurately check the problems, do a good job in special rectification, resolutely put an end to the problems after the theme education, strengthen the standardization of grassroots organizations, and continuously improve the organizational strength.
