The Arrow Army and the Armed Police Force train students in a targeted way, offering aircraft manufacturing technology, missile maintenance, electromechanical integration technology, electrical automation technology, applied electronics technology, general aircraft maintenance, aircraft electronic equipment maintenance, aircraft maintenance technology and UAV application technology.
The school has more than 5,000 cadets, and the number of graduates for the army has exceeded 5,000. NCO College has a professional and experienced education management team, with 48 teachers, 23 of whom are demobilized cadres at or above battalion level or four-level master sergeant. Through years of exploration and practice, the College has embarked on a road of educating people with the concept of "Three Movements" (ideological and political education first, professional skills first, and military quality first), and trained a large number of high-quality technical noncommissioned officers with good ideological quality, solid theoretical foundation, strong technical skills, quick post adaptation and great development potential for the army.
